Waffle House — Restaurant in Duluth

Waitress was nice. Very attentive. Food came out quick. Bacon was not hot like it was prepared 10-15 minutes earlier. Steak was cooked well done when asked for medium rare. But I guess it's hard to prepare it any other way when the steak is as thin as lunch meat. Overall it's a waffle house I would return to which is more than I would say for some of them I have been to.

I arrived a little after 8am on a Saturday. There was very little customers inside. Actually more workers than customers. I sat at the high rise and was greeted immediately with friendly service. Before ordering I noticed a rather large portion of bacon sitting on a plate by the griddle. But anyways... I ordered the sirloin with cheese eggs, well cooked hash browns and a side of bacon. The food came out quick. I was playing a game on my phone so I didn't notice my food being plated. But the bacon was ice cold, like it was pulled out of a fridge. The hash browns were cooked nice as well as the eggs. But the steak... it barely was browned on the edges. Still smelled raw. I didn't eat it... but I finished everything else.

My advice... cook bacon to order. People like hot fresh cooked bacon. And second... learn how to cook a steak. Yes I get it... it's a fast food breakfast restaurant. But if you're going to offer a product, at least...

GA girl so I love my WHs, nothing too special about this one, definitely cleaner than most other locations and the staff is pretty friendly. If you go on a weekend morning Just definitely be sure to expect a busy rush. You more than likely will have to wait for a table to clear up, but hey, you can't blame them. Most people who want to go out with the fam to grab breakfast will either go to WH or an iHop or Denny 's, so you know what you're getting yourself Into. Kesha was our server this past weekend and she was just a delight. Super friendly and attentive. She had a little confusion with our drink orders with us and the table behind us, but we all laughed it off and told her I understood that it was a very busy morning And things can get hectic. Not the lightest hasbrowns/waffles, they were a bit crunchy, but I just hope that was once again because of the rush. I'm not too picky. Other than that, Definitely a great place...

HOWEVER... Warren is a GREAT, FANTASTIC, MARVELOUSLY friendly human being with a kind loving heart. Unfortunately we were stuck with Dione or something like that. Her name tag was half covered😡😡!!!! I'm sure if you were w OG Warren you would have had great service.
