The place is very clean and cozy. It’s like a self serve place. You order at the kiosk. The woman at the front was very kind and assisted us with ordering when we asked about the size for the mini soba. Process was pretty simple. Utensils and extra sauces are at the front for you to get. The tonkastu meal came with lots of sides (pickled radish, salad, soup, and rice). It was very filling. Our favorite was the cheese tonkatsu and the salad. The salad had a refreshing citrus dressing and went well with the tonkatsu. We will definitely come back again.

This is my new favorite Katsu place! The Pork Katsu is very juicy, not dry at all. The batter is very crispy, i guess because of the rack they use on the plate. The Kimchi Nabe is so spicy, I didn't expect that. I really like the concept of self serving, no tip, free refill for salad/ sauce/soup! Will be back!

enjoyed cheese katsu. the kimchi nabe was slightly salty for me. i like the side dish, little cabbage with yuzu flavor on top. self-service so no tipping required. gonna try the katsu curry next time.

I've been on a katsu diet for the past few weeks. Every Sunday its a diff katsu joint.

This is week 3, and I will say that THIS is what I've been looking for.

The katsu was THICC, juicy/succulent, and most importantly it had the original Japanese/korean CRISP that I've been looking for.

I went with the classic katsu but I kinda wish I went for the curry or atleast the option to get a "mini curry" on the side.

My only things I'll bring up is, Maybe more radish to start with, (if you go up n ask they'll give more) but more to start with. Second and lastly, the cooler that holds the canned drinks aren't cold enough. Its probably set at 41 which is fine but i would've liked my coke to be almost freezing.

10/10 this is the katsu joint that we've been searching for.

This place has the absolute best customer service and the food is just delicious!

The phone line was a little bit spotty sometimes, and I couldn't get through. But bless their hearts, when I called back, they took care of everything right away. When I went to pick up my order, the folks at the counter were so apologetic. They said they were sorry for any trouble with the phone sometimes just going silent on folks.

Foods-relatively good, considering it is a new store, staffs are new... the sauce of korean style extra size cutlet was too much, such an waste, and wish it could be more korean style too.
