YUMEE KATSU / 유미카츠 둘루스점 — Restaurant in Duluth

I've been on a katsu diet for the past few weeks. Every Sunday its a diff katsu joint.

This is week 3, and I will say that THIS is what I've been looking for.

The katsu was THICC, juicy/succulent, and most importantly it had the original Japanese/korean CRISP that I've been looking for.

I went with the classic katsu but I kinda wish I went for the curry or atleast the option to get a "mini curry" on the side.

My only things I'll bring up is, Maybe more radish to start with, (if you go up n ask they'll give more) but more to start with. Second and lastly, the cooler that holds the canned drinks aren't cold enough. Its probably set at 41 which is fine but i would've liked my coke to be almost freezing.

10/10 this is the katsu joint that we've been searching for.

This place has the absolute best customer service and the food is just delicious!

The phone line was a little bit spotty sometimes, and I couldn't get through. But bless their hearts, when I called back, they took care of everything right away. When I went to pick up my order, the folks at the counter were so apologetic. They said they were sorry for any trouble with the phone sometimes just going silent on folks.

They didn't rush us one bit, even right before their break time or closing. The cashier and manager were both sweet as pie and were so helpful, making sure I got a...

Foods-relatively good, considering it is a new store, staffs are new... the sauce of korean style extra size cutlet was too much, such an waste, and wish it could be more korean style too. Service- it would be better with an easy instructions and information for the ordering & concepts atmosphere- forks, knives, and spoons were simply too cheap Disappointed about the cleanliness of bathroom-understood it is not the new building, but from the door, door nob, inside toilets, faucet... totally mess - typical weak point of korean restaurant. reminded me a cheap chinese/vietnam pho...
