I've been on a katsu diet for the past few weeks. Every Sunday its a diff katsu joint.
This is week 3, and I will say that THIS is what I've been looking for.
The katsu was THICC, juicy/succulent, and most importantly it had the original Japanese/korean CRISP that I've been looking for.
I went with the classic katsu but I kinda wish I went for the curry or atleast the option to get a "mini curry" on the side.
My only things I'll bring up is, Maybe more radish to start with, (if you go up n ask they'll give more) but more to start with. Second and lastly, the cooler that holds the canned drinks aren't cold enough. Its probably set at 41 which is fine but i would've liked my coke to be almost freezing.
10/10 this is the katsu joint that we've been searching for.

The phone line was a little bit spotty sometimes, and I couldn't get through. But bless their hearts, when I called back, they took care of everything right away. When I went to pick up my order, the folks at the counter were so apologetic. They said they were sorry for any trouble with the phone sometimes just going silent on folks.
