I had a large order therefore I chose to order on the mobile app to make it easier and not hold up the drive thru line. I checked in at 7 pm and we didn't leave until 8:10 pm! I ordered 2 big mac bundles (2 big Macs, 2 m fries, and 20 nuggets each), 2 double quarter pounder, 2 L fries, 2 mcchickens, 3 mcdoubles, 10 piece spicy nuggets, 2 s caramel frappes, 1 m caramel frappe, 1 L dp, 3 xs dp, 1 s dp. For the first half hour they lost our ticket and came out to see what the order was and when I told them it was a very large order with some of the items he went back in and found the ticket and came back and read a few off. I said yes that was part of it, so he went back in to get it started. He brought out the sandwiches and 10 piece first and then asked if that was everything I said no, we are still missing our drinks and on the food I would have to check the bags (cause I didn't know that it was just sandwiches at that time). He apologized and went back for the drinks (still ended up leaving without 1 drink). When he came back with the drinks the night manager was with him to help carry everything. He asked what we were still missing and I said 4 m fries, 2 large fries, and 40 chicken nuggets (which was the bundle pack). The manager said we took brought up 20 nuggets so we need 20 more as they were walking off. They brought that out and I checked and saw the fries were missing 1 large and she said this is the last time I'm coming out and stormed off before I could kindly tell her that she was still missing 20 nuggets as well and all the sauce. She brought the fries and threw them at me and stormed back inside. I wanted to yell but didn't! I just don't know how you can mess up that bad when you have a reciept! So needless to say I paid for a small dp, and 20 nuggets and didn't leave with them! The night manager had a horrible attitude, but the young man that started helping me...
Read moreI went to McDonald's tonight at about 910pm through the drive thru and I asked for a big mac with no pickles because I am allergic to pickles, cook to order and a large fry cook to order. We'll when I got home I was about to take a bit out of my burger. And l am glad I didn't cause there was pickles on my burger. I was very upset. I called McDonald's and asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. I told him that I was very upset and pist off. I told him that I am deathly allergic to pickles and they put pickles on my burger. All he could tell me is that if I was going to yell at him that he doesn't feel sorry for me. I said excuse me. For a manager to say that to a customer is wrong about not caring if a customer could die from being deathly allergic to something. When we picked up our food at the last window, the server poured most of our 3 orders of fries on the ground, closed the window and quickly turned her back to us. She tried to ignore us but we did not pull away and eventually she had to come back to the window. She took the nearly empty bag (8 fries and 3 empty fry boxes) and said she would bring us fresh fries, asking that we pull forward. 15 minutes later, my husband took the sandwiches and drinks inside and said he wanted a refund. The shift manager (?) issued a refund for the sandwiches. My husband explained that the server at the window had dumped our fries out on the ground. At that point, he refunded the entire purchase.
