On Friday, May 13th I placed an online order for 15 pepperoni pizzas and scheduled it to pick it up on Saturday, May 14th at 1:45 pm at this location.
On Saturday morning at around 11am (2 hours prior to pick up) we called the location asking that we needed to reduce the number of pizza orders to just 8, not 15 due to a change in the number of attendees at our event. A very simple request to simply reduce the amount of pizzas turned into turmoil, the manager gave me the complete runaround and told me every excuse in the book that this request could not be made. Saying my pizzas were already made (2 hours before pick up?), she was not able to locate the order number because she could only look up orders 15 minutes prior to pick up? The order was already complete and cannot be done? etc. To make a long story short she then hung up on me. Because our event was in a few hours I figured I'd just settle for the 15 pizzas I ordered. I'd rather have some then none. Upon pick up time which I did still receive the text alert and email stating my order was ready, I had someone pick up the pizzas. When he arrived he called me saying they canceled the order completely. My pizzas were never made. I immediately called her back saying I never once stated I wanted to cancel my order and went back and forth for a few minutes going no where. At this point we left with no pizza and no refund. This location literally stole my money. She called within 24 hours I'd receive a refund. We are now at business day 3 (May 18th) and not refund has been credited to my account. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location (257 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Duncanville, TX). I placed a phone order for a stuffed crust pizza with two toppings and 8 wings, totaling $19.46. When I arrived, I discovered that my pizza only had one topping instead of the two I ordered.
Additionally, I was shocked to learn that the wings did not include ranch dipping sauce, which is something I’ve never encountered before when ordering wings. The employee informed me that ranch would cost an additional $0.99 after I had already swiped my card for the $20 purchase. I refused to swipe my card again for such a small item, especially since this should have been communicated upfront.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager on duty. I then asked to speak to a lead or supervisor, and while the employee admitted there was a lead present, she rudely questioned why I wanted to speak to them. She refused to provide her name or the names of the lead and manager, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a loyal customer, I feel disrespected and frustrated by this experience. Spending $20 on a meal and being nickel-and-dimed for ranch is bad enough, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service made it worse.
I need someone from management or corporate to address this issue and provide the name of the employee I interacted with. This behavior does not reflect well on the Little Caesars brand, and I hope this is...
Read more9:40pm. Just witnessed who I assume was the manager in the back telling the staff to shut down, turn off the open sign, and they werent making anymore pizzas. Watched them turn away customers. Hours on the door definitely say they do not close until 10pm. From a business standpoint seems like this staff is probably costing more than they're worth paying. Honestly video cameras should probably be watched on this staff. Definitely saw the same person that said shut down cutting up the last 2 hot n readys for themselves at 9:50ish. (After turning away one guy and another potential customer pull up and the drive off realizing they were not open during business hours) Who knows... maybe they're franchising this place themselves and that's why they think it's okay. I just know previously being in store management myself.... this is straight up on the spot termination. Not funny like they thought. Too many people were on the clock for this nonsense....
