Just NO. It's a whole lot of phone touching, texting mid-sandwich-making, carrying on of a whole phone conversation while your food is being prepared. Hair slinging and touching. Answering cell phone calls without changing gloves. Why do I know her boyfriend is calling collect from jail and she has to take the call while she is preparing my sandwich? Why did I have to wait for her to finish up a call with her friend before I was even greeted? WHY am I listening to her complain about previous customers calling her unprofessional? I couldn't do anything but laugh. I'm sure management will not find this funny tho. Oh and she was talking over my food with with no mask. And apparently can't see, so holding the cheese 4 inches from her face while talking nonstop... I wish I could have recorded this with my phone. Completely unbelievable. Yep, I put in a complaint. Unprofessional is sometimes expected in this area, but cleanliness is a deal breaker for me!! Especially when my food could be contaminated. I am not trying to be mean, but apparently she doesn't even know any better...and is clueless. But both of my last visits were identical, and I had to ask her to change gloves. Please offer more supervision and training for the staff. And I will definitely not be returning to...

But you remain open with lights on as if you have what customers are coming to purchase. How can you run a business when your staff doesnāt even bother to make sure bread is prepped and made for the customers who keeps this franchise open.. as soon as I walk in the little girls behind the counter immediately yells out āweāre out of breadā no apology for the inconvenience or anything, no sign on the door upon entrance NOTHING.
