Subway — Restaurant in Duncanville

Just NO. It's a whole lot of phone touching, texting mid-sandwich-making, carrying on of a whole phone conversation while your food is being prepared. Hair slinging and touching. Answering cell phone calls without changing gloves. Why do I know her boyfriend is calling collect from jail and she has to take the call while she is preparing my sandwich? Why did I have to wait for her to finish up a call with her friend before I was even greeted? WHY am I listening to her complain about previous customers calling her unprofessional? I couldn't do anything but laugh. I'm sure management will not find this funny tho. Oh and she was talking over my food with with no mask. And apparently can't see, so holding the cheese 4 inches from her face while talking nonstop... I wish I could have recorded this with my phone. Completely unbelievable. Yep, I put in a complaint. Unprofessional is sometimes expected in this area, but cleanliness is a deal breaker for me!! Especially when my food could be contaminated. I am not trying to be mean, but apparently she doesn't even know any better...and is clueless. But both of my last visits were identical, and I had to ask her to change gloves. Please offer more supervision and training for the staff. And I will definitely not be returning to...

One person behind counter. She acted like this was last place she wanted to be. No smile. Just blah. What do you want? No other customer before or after us for a few minutes at least. I asked for philly cheese steak meat and she was quick to say they ran out...i asked her what that was in deli meat container then? She said oh! I guess we do. We sat down to eat. A doordash lady came in to pick up an order. The lady behind counter said oh! Im sorry but we dont have any of the sandwiches the customer asked for. You dont have tuna fish? Doordash lady asked "nope!" Proceeded to shake her head...mind you we were only customers there and passed through the line..there was tuna fish clear to the top of the container!!!! Doordash lady said she would call customer to see if they would exchange it..doordash lady never went up to counter to look for herself. 10/19/21. You don’t close until 10pm it’s currently 8:45pm and your staff tells me you are out of bread. But you remain open with lights on as if you have what customers are coming to purchase. How can you run a business when your staff doesn’t even bother to make sure bread is prepped and made for the customers who keeps this franchise open.. as soon as I walk in the little girls behind the counter immediately yells out “we’re out of bread” no apology for the inconvenience or anything, no sign on the door upon entrance NOTHING. They could care less and will continue to sit behind the counter on their phones. Horrible experience and I will never be back.. Manager and owner of this franchise should be ashamed no wonder your store has all these negative reviews now and you would think after the pandemic you would do everything to keep your customers happy to remain open but you...
