Hadn't been to this location in several months due to the service and previous experience. Decided to give it another shot. There were 3 of us with individual orders. My first friend received her order fairly quickly. She waited a few minutes to see if our food was coming, but we told her to eat. She has finished almost half her meal (she was eating slow and we were talking) before the second friends order came out. She started eating and we continued talking. Nearly 40 after placing my order....... No food. We were getting ready to head back to drop my friends off at work. I requested a refund and the cashier told me my food had been ready and was just sitting back there. She gave me my refund and also my meal. The staff was very apologetic and the food was good, but I won't be coming back due to the service. The customer service has been on the steady decline for several months now. Read moreI used the mobile app and live 10 mins from this location. I arrived to the restaurant being empty other that 3 other people waiting on their to go orders. I asked the lady about my mobile order and she said it was just now being made. 10 more mins went past and the other people waiting had finally gotten their orders. Mine was 5 more mins after that. I paid for jalapeño ranch cup which I asked about when I was finally given my food. The lady said I don't see it let me get it for you. She came back with this gravy cut that's not even half way full and I said I paid for this??!??! Then on another note I watch one of your other female employees come to update the freshness sticker on the tea decanter bit it was still the same old tea. That is a health code issue. I've run several restaurants and tea has a freshness life of 4 hrs. It's been that way at ever restaurant I've ever managed. Please do better because people spend their hard earned money here. I placed my order online through the app. When I arrived the cook was asking if I have arrived for my order. No one replied, so I yelled I'm here. I was ignored by everyone. I got in line and the manager proceeded to help his staff with payroll issues before he assisted me. I ordered online mind you and the cook was saying my order was ready, but I still waited 15 mins for my food. Several employees walked past me without offering to help. The manager had no control of staff he was trying his best but he is only one person and trying to do everything except cook. The cook was doing a great job getting the orders out but the rest of the staff didn't put forth the same effort to get orders to customers. Very disappointing experience.
