McDonald's — Restaurant in Duncanville

Sad SAD SAD... I tried a few attempts in the middle of night to go to this certain McDonald's because it's getting closer to the area I'm visiting but for some reason they seem to leave us in the line over 30 minutes and never moved up and then out of a suddenly as I drove around I saw someone actually saw someone working through the drive-thru window so I don't understand why there were four to five cars just waiting almost 30 minutes to take an order and there was not a line and ahead of us so it's not like the cars were backed up to the drive-thru there was much space we're like 5 or more cars could have been in front of but that was not the case so I don't know that was like the third attempt I don't know if McDonald's cares about its restaurants but maybe someone should go around and do investigation to make sure that they are being ran properly unless now they have too much money to where they do not care about the children or customers anymore wish I could rate them a zero they deserve because they didn't do anything besides waste time and a few people were driving off just didn't understand why I guess they thought the place was closed just like we did until we...

Me and my daughter had been on the road for 6 hours and just wanted to get some McDonald's. They were super rude and no one seemed to interested in being there. From the time we made it to the drive thru. We ordered our food. Nothing special, just a double quarter pounder meal and then piece nuggets meal. We got to the window to pay and the young man working there asked what y'all get again. I told him and that's when we were told the total of our purchase, then we pulled up to the pick up window and another young man just stuck his arm out the window with our food and just shoved it into the car. As I set there astonished by this, I realized that we still haven't gotten our drinks, I waved to the young man who was just staring at me through the window that he had just closed in my face as I tried to talk to him and asked about our drinks. The service was so bad that I was shocked. I visited around 6:30 pm and their line was empty. They have two lanes. I pulled into the first. I sat at the speaker for over five minutes. The first couple of minutes, I said nothing. Then I said hello. No response. Someone was also waiting on the second lane, so I pulled around. Thinking maybe they were having tech issues. There was someone in the first window taking an order. Eventually, he opened the window, didn't say hello, and just asked what my order was. I told him I was unable to order, and I explained that I had been sitting there, and no one came up. His response was, "Go ahead." I asked to speak with a supervisor. She did not have an attitude, but she made me it seem like it was not a big deal. Like I was overreacting to expect common communication.
