Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dundee Township

I never write reviews but I was so pissed off here I had to share. Saturday I ordered 2 maple sugar bacon sandwiches. I got home and ended up getting 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Both my husband and I don’t like their sausage sandwiches. I ate mine just because I was so hungry and not going out again and he didn’t even eat his. I was really looking forward to the sandwich since it’s a seasonal item and one of my favorites at that. So I called the store and told them what happened? The lady I spoke to told me that I could come back and either get a refund for the sandwiches or 2 new ones anytime during the weekend Monday comes around and I went back and got two of the exact same sandwiches again this time I spoke with the manager, told her the story of what happened and she told me she could not honor the two free sandwiches. I was already told I could get and that there was no evidence to support what I was saying. I showed her my receipt. I told her the lady I spoke to said she was gonna leave a note for the other staff members to know, and the manager told me there was no note and she wouldn’t even have given me one sandwich if it was her choice, she gave me one sandwich for free and the other one I had to pay for and guess what happened when I got home it was made incorrect again, so I called her and told her I was coming back for a refund this time and I would not be coming back to this location I’ve worked in customer service for seven years. I’m only 24 years old and I understand that she could’ve given better customer service and been kinder about it, but instead, she was rude dismissive and called me a liar. I wouldn’t recommend...

This is my least favorite location everything tastes really old and nothing ever looks good. I only go to this location when it’s my only option. This morning my boyfriend was going to grab the donut and the guy at the drive through let go before he could grab the donut for me so it fell on the floor and my boyfriend had to get out and grab the bag thankfully it stayed in the bag they should really fold the bags so in case that happens the bag isn’t just open. Also the sandwich was disgusting i ordered the bbq bacon crescent and it came out on an English muffin. The bacon was so peppery and the seasoning I had to pull the bacon out it was so gross the egg and cheese were gross but were the only decent part of...

Today I went through the drive thu and seen a bacon egg and cheese bagle with a coffee and hash browns for $6.00. I ordered it and said "I cannot have bacon, just the egg and cheese please" I was told, nope you MUST have bacon to get that price. I went back and forth, for me to get same items without bacon it would be about double the price! She stated, it's the way corporate wants it. Can't do no bacon. How many folks either religion or being a vegetarian cannot eat bacon, let alone your soggy undercooked bacon? I find this offensive. Doesn't it save you money without meat??? The sandwiches are not pre wrapped... what's the issue? If there is a class action law suit, I'm signing up! BS I don't...
