I just left from there Saturday March 1st at 3:20 p.m. ish I ordered a six-piece kids meal with well-done fries add a Coke and a quarter pounder with cheese meal with sweet tea number one is the lady asked me did I want a 4 or 6 piece I said a six piece I still receive a four-piece after waiting at the window the second window pull up window for over 13 minutes then I get my food and it's not correct I get a four-piece with apples no fries and then the quarter pounder with cheese meals fries were soggy so I called the McDonald's just speak to a manager and she said she was the manager on duty and named Valerie and says that she could not replace the whole order or refund me my money for the inconvenience unless I brought the food back well I was taking part of the food to someone that was supposed to have been at work at 3:00 in which made them late for almost a half an hour or 45 minutes for work then I had to take the time and gas to turn around and go back to this McDonald's hopefully get the correct kids meal I understand there's not much you can do in the food service industry but customer service needs to be addressed and paying attention to the orders because they were all out in the parking lot with people parked everywhere and didn't know where and who had what or nothing total unorganization and a lot of people and I know if I get my food I don't want somebody else touching it didn't realize it is not their food and then the worker give it to you after someone's already looked through the food I'm very unsatisfied I would rather have a refund but the only option I got was to come right back and get the correct kid's meal supposedly so I'm on the way back to get this kid's meal to see if it's correct or not wasting another 45 minutes of my life are my personal time to sit in line again I'm sure because I want my fries well done and not soggy another 13 to 15 minutes so I'm highly unsatisfied and we'll be reaching out do a higher authority of whoever is on duty because I feel like for the time that I have waited and the situation of the food being wrong I feel like I should have got a total refund and my food corrected that was wrong and she told me that the only way she could replace the whole meal with the same food or the correct food was for me to bring it back to her and so when I do bring it back to her it's going in the trash so what is the point of doing that but I will respond on this writing after I am just now getting back to McDonald's again for the second time to get the correct order and of course it's not correct the fries are cold as ice I will be...
Read moreI recently visited my local McDonald's and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet, I found myself waiting an unreasonably long time at the counter. What was particularly frustrating was observing several associates standing around chatting and engrossed in their personal phones, seemingly oblivious to the growing line of me and another customer.
The lackadaisical attitude of the staff gave me the impression that they were indifferent to the customers' experience and were content to let people wait indefinitely. This neglectful approach appeared to be a deliberate ploy to drive customers away from the counter and towards the drive-thru, where the already slow service was further compounded by the associates' inattention.
The overall atmosphere conveyed a sense of apathy, as if the staff had abandoned any attempt to prioritize customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a renowned establishment like McDonald's fall short in such a fundamental aspect of service.
In conclusion, my recent encounter at McDonald's was marred by unacceptable wait times and a disappointing lack of focus and dedication from the staff. It's clear that there is a need for improvement in the management of customer flow and the attentiveness of the employees. I sincerely hope that McDonald's reevaluates its approach to customer service, as the current situation is driving patrons away rather than...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru this morning for breakfast on the way to work and ordered a small hot chocolate and a sausage mcmuffin with egg. I got to work and unwrapped my sandwich and there was no egg on my sandwich and there was a big fuzzball attached to the egg muffin. Now I don't have a problem just taking the fuzz off. And I was kind of annoyed that my sandwich was missing the egg. My issue is when I called the restaurant to let them know about my sandwich- the manager said "Well I need to see that." No, "I'm so sorry that happened, I will replace your sandwich!" or anything. I explained I was already at work and I wasn't driving back and her only response was that after work I needed to bring the sandwich back. Well sweetheart, I'm not holding on to a breakfast sandwich until 6 o'clock tonight to smell up my workspace just to let you see a sandwich your employees messed up. I wasn't looking for a replacement, I was well aware when I called that I had no intention of leaving my place of employment to get another sandwich. My point of calling was to make you aware of the mishap. Coming from 10+ years of restaurant management, please understand that your management needs a refresher in...
