I really make no reviews ever. But guys, my visit to this chipotle was on a whim and it was entirely disappointing. Abysmal even.
To start, it was a struggle trying to get a double rice & meat portion for one bowl. And for my next bowl it was the same struggle for a singular rice and meat portion. The rice was so sticky that only half of the spoon's serving was trickling into the bowl. The rest of that spoon had clumps of rice stuck to it, at which point the person scooping dug it back into the rice bin, for my 'second scoop' denoting my double portion of rice for my husband. My 'double' rice portion ended up being less than 1 single portion after the 2 scoops the line server did. I politely suggested that it wasn't and I was met with attitude. I had to fight for a normal portion for the single scoop rice bowl. On to the meat. The single scoop didn't even fill the spoon and I was met with resistance there too. I'm not one of those people who expect loads of food like at other chipotles but I would at least like a full spoon if I only get 1 scoop. The Fajita veggies had no bellpeppers whatsoever. Last I checked it was green bells & onions. These Fajita veggies had all red peppers. Why? Idk. Is this a new thing? Idk. On to the cheese, the same. Small enough to where the line server literally added a pinch. I gave up at that point I didn't care. I politely paid for my meals, my $3.00 extra meat charge which was actually less than 1 singular 4 oz portion, and got the hell out. And once I got home, the chicken was so spicy. So spicy my husband choked on it. Honestly I've been to about 3 other chipotles in my life and the chicken is NEVER actually spicy. We couldn't eat it. Chipotle is very affordable so we like it as a quick dinner option. Do yourself a favor and don't go here because what you get isn't actually worth the $10 for a bowl and I know for certain is less than the portion sizes listed on...
Read moreThis store is new to Dunwoody. I visited since it opened up. I have been a Dunwoody resident for over 30 years. I work and live in Dunwoody. Unfortunately, my experience today was the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. I order two bowls to go—one of the bowls, I order double meat. The repentantive put so little food when I commented on it; he was so rude. I told him I was paying for double the meat. He did not care and had an attitude and asked me what else I wanted. He was so rude and told me this is what you will get. I said I would like to speak with the manager he said he was the manager. I asked him what his name was because he had a horrible attitude. I asked him what was his is manager's name because I would like to report how rude his behavior. To my shocked he told me he was the manager and he did not have a name. I was like excuse me. He finally said his name was Paula which I am not sure that is correct since that is women name commonly and this guy was a Hispanic /African American older gentleman with earnings in both ears. When I asked him what his area customer sales manager names he literally ignored me and did not even answered me. I told him I will reach out to corporate on him and will put a Google review on his behavior. It is a shame because this location is less then a half a mile away from my house and I was so excited about this location opening around my house. I work for fortune 50 company in Atlanta who is located in Dunwoody /sandy springs and I know this is not the customer service chipotle would like their custom receive. If he did this to me he will do it to another. In addition, when I got home, I realized my rice was undercooked, so I had to throw the whole thing out because it...
Read moreI am a huge Chipotle fan but despise this location! I was so excited when they built this location because it’s so close to home. I have been patient thinking because it was so new in time it would get its rhythm and get it together. It’s only getting worse. Every time I come it’s something different. Management doesn’t care about Customer Service. The employees are high, not all but a few of them for sure. One of them is so slow and out of it, I dread to see him because he will spill queso and guacamole everywhere. Then I have to repeat on the side 5 times or he will dump it in my bowl. Then when I get home opening all the containers is a nightmare, disgusting. I get it I was young so I let it go but I now wonder if the laziness caused by smoking is why things are always “out” and this has effected the overall morale of the team. Or maybe they’re all getting high and no one wants to really be there? That’s the vibe I get. Take it or leave it. Last time I was turned away, told I could only order online. I went outside to order and it would be about 10 minutes. Fine but then as I went to hit pay it changed to 20 minutes. I decided to go to the other location. I was able to get in to the perimeter center location and back home in less time. This time it was they said they were out of queso. How are they always out of something at this location? I wonder if they just don’t want to cook it? I never experience these problems at other locations. Before you opened I went to Perimeter Center location and never had any issues. I’m going to start going back there since this location doesn’t want...
