First and foremost let me start off by saying “PATIENCE” Ann started off with a small amount of patience then got annoyed as I continued to try and understand the different print options. I left to go pick up my garments from home to begin my order. When I returned to complete my order, Ann was greeted by a friend waiting for her to complete my order. The friend was pretty much soliciting inside of another business (unbelievable).This was my FIRST /LAST time at this location & business. . I then called in because my order was being printed without my authorization, young lady by the name of Maude answered and pretty much didn’t have any patience as well, she tried to charge me more than my original price. Once my funds were paid for the products the “Customer Service” went completely out the window. I then proceeded to speak with the manager which was ms. Tracy I explained the situation to her and wanted a refund. She tried to understand why my overall experience which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.I run my own business and i give all my customers premier customer service, it’s only fair. I took my business else where. Horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!! If I were Ms. Tracy I would ONLY hire associates that have not only skills but first and foremost PREMIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I’m a small business owner and was looking for a place to do small batch promotional items such as t-shirts, hoodies, etc. I spoke with Shomari on the phone for about 15-20 minutes and he did a great job of letting me know what service offerings Big Frog Dunwoody currently has. After attempting to talk with a few different providers, I ultimately decided to give Big Frog Dunwoody a chance.

I came in the following day and met with Lauren to drop of my items. She was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in giving me more information on the process. The team finished the order early and everything turned out great. I will definitely use them again for future orders.

We kind of live in a society where certain providers seem to care more about orders/sales and less about customer service. I really appreciated the team’s efforts to get to understand the needs of my business and let me decide where I’d like to make my purchase.
