I love Chipolte - but I will never go back to this location. Ever. It's the closet location, by far, to my house so I really, really wanted to make it work. Every time we go, however, the service is consistently terrible. There is seemingly no management at all and it shows. The place is dirty, the counter is dirty, the bathroom is dirty. We went this evening and waited in line for about 5-8 minutes. The customer in the white shirt at the counter was standing there the entire time with a half-made burrito in front of him .... and what was absent the entire time, ANY employee. One eventually showed up - long hair, no hair net or hat of any kind. I checked if they had iced tea, both were empty ... again. The last three times I went there they were out of tea. We gave up, I literally will never go back to this location. We literally left the line and drove over to Roswell Road location and went to that one, it's nice, it's clean, plenty of staff, everyone was in a hair net or hair protector, the service was fast, they had iced tea, you get the idea.
Update - because it was a group decision I went back to this location, a year after leaving this review. Sadly, no better, I would almost say worse. Floor in the customer line area was (very) wet and dirty (with a caution pylon), counter where food was being prepared was dirty. 6pm and they were out of unsweet tea, only sweet, garbage cans all full, you get the idea. The young man that waited on me was snappy. It was my first time at the location. I just asked what the price was for bowl and he snappily replied the prices are above my head Miss. I did see the prices but they were just prices. At Willy's the prices are specific the bowls cost this amount and the chicken bowl cost amount this the steak bowls cost this amount. I got the chicken bowl and while he was fixing my order he had the nerve to ploop my food in the bowl. I paid for my order and left. I got home and ate my food and honestly it wasn't that good. I would have given 2 🌟 s but my daughter raves about Chipotle and I have had Chipotle before coming to this location. We had an event at the apartment and they served Chipotle and it was good. This was the most awful experience I've ever had. I have worked at a Chipotle in the past so I know how everything is supposed to be cooked and how as employees, we are supposed to treat customers with respect. My mom ordered a steak bowl and the person on the grill had the stove on low heat. He put the steak on and let it sit for like 30 seconds, it was still bright red and he proceeded to put it in the bowl. My mom asked for it to be cooked because clearly it was raw! Yea, THEY TRIED TO GIVE MY MOTHER BLOOD RED STEAK !!!!!! He put it back on the stove and when she got to the salsa side they skipped her and continued to prepare the bowl for the person behind her. Then one employee started yelling at the other employees, and she threw away someone's bowl without even asking who's it was, which made a huge confusion in the process. My mom was refunded the money because she waited 10 minutes to be addressed. EVERYONE THAT WAS WORKING TODAY SHOULD BE FIRED. They tried to make it seem like my mother was at fault.
