First time at this location and I just stopped in for drinks. Bartender was nice after I ordered two drinks he offered me a taste of a frozen drink. There were shards of glass in my mouth that I had to spit out because the glass was broken in the drink, unfortunately. Bartender apologized. But he could have at least offered to comp a drink or something. I just thought it was strange, even when I told the server and host at the front, they just apologized but didn’t try to compensate for what could have a been a horrific accident that almost hurt me really bad. I don’t like how they handled this at all, nice people, but this was not good. I almost swallowed the lip of a shot glass, and all I got was an apology.
Edit after the owner’s reply * So my bill without tip was $33.30 and that’s what I was charged. No one immediately comped anything. The bartender who was at the bar cutting the fruit that I gave the shards to took them from my hand and looked at the glass himself. Then he immediately went to go check the other shot glasses. He was not the one who gave me the drink. What appears to have happened is the bartender poured the frozen drink from the dispenser and cracked the glass on the dispenser nozzle. I have no reason to be dishonest, and I don’t appreciate you, the owner, lying about what happened. Disgusting behavior and absolutely no accountability. Abhorrent behavior from you. I was there at 4:45-5:15ish, go ask who was working and they will tell you. And if they lied to you to cover their mistake, they should be fired. Unacceptable...
Read moreWHAT MY TIP LOOKING LIKE? Was my greeted question when I arrive on my Birthday at the restaurant.
Long story short … because my photography teacher always said that pictures will speak a lot of words. So moving on to the story I went here on an interview inside the mall and I stop there to have a cocktail and a quick appetizer. Great visit that day so I decided that I will make another visit . So upon arrival on my Birthday
I arrive when the place was about to close … which I take full responsibility on me arriving at 930 which I only want drink and then I was on to the next place So I arrive and was greeted with WHAT MY TIP LOOKING LIKE .. which I thought was very disrespectful even in the culture of bartending.
I’m writing this review to say this I felt very disrespected even on my birthday When I just wanted one drink but I had a nice time the first time. The bartender was rude (short with dreads) (black male) (night shift) .
And I take a lil blame because my guest chastain him in my defense . But it was so disrespectful he even went to the back and talk about me to the co workers! So yes he got checked !
I will never attend to this place … because if it’s around closing time in which you still have 30 mins you will definitely get disrespected!
Oh the lil guy was selling candy outside the mall ….
My bday turn out great because I went to another place .
My grandmother always taught me
DO UNTIL OTHERS AS YOU WANT THEM TO DO TO YOU!!!

Read moreI’ve been to other 26 Thai locations before but excited this is now open at the perimeter mall. It’s to the left of breakers and you can enter the restaurant from the urban outfitters entrance inside the mall.
The interior is very nice and the ambiance is good for a nice date night or a birthday celebration. Of course it’s also good for whenever you want some good Thai food.
We started with the signature wings as appetizers. They tasted like canton cooks wings but better quality and crispier. The chili sauce was sweet and tangy. I also tried the tum zapp e-San. It was quite strong in flavor and next time I would opt for the yum won sen. I just prefer the citrus flavor better rather than crab paste. My friend wanted to try the drunken noodle so we got that with tofu. I loved the kick it had. Being greedy, we also got a side of mini masaman curry and it was SO good. Ate it with a side of the garlic ginger rice, which is a must try. I typically like the green curry cause it’s the spiciest but this masaman curry may have won me over.
The two of us couldn’t finish so my friend took home the rest of our drunken noodle.
For dessert, we had the coconut cake with matcha ice cream. The cake was fluffy and not too sweet, just how I like it. It was a nice way to finish our meal.
They are still waiting for the liquor license so no wine or cocktails right now. You are welcome to byob however so make sure to take advantage...
