Shake Shack Perimeter Mall — Restaurant in Dunwoody

This Shake Shack is located at the Perimeter Mall, and it was pretty decent, with good service.

They don't have any "combos", everything is sold separately, but their menu is very simple. They offer Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, and Hot Dogs. You can pair those with fries, cheese fries, or bacon cheese fries for an extra charge. They have shakes, wine, and beer which is pretty cool for a burger joint.

Every burger is made to order, so it might take a little longer sometimes. I ordered the SmokeShack which is a Double Cheeseburger topped with Niman Ranch applewood smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers, ShackSauce.

The burger was good. I loved the cherry peppers combined with the bacon, and the cheese fries were super yummy as well.

Este Shake Shack está ubicado en el centro comercial Perimeter, y era bastante decente, con un buen servicio.

No tienen ningún "combos", todo se vende por separado, pero su menú es muy simple. Ofrecen hamburguesas, sándwiches de pollo y perritos calientes. Puede emparejarlos con papas fritas, papas fritas con queso o papas fritas con tocino por un cargo adicional. Tienen batidos, vino y cerveza, que es bastante bueno para una hamburguesería.

Cada hamburguesa se hace por encargo, por lo que a veces puede llevar un poco más de tiempo. Pedí el SmokeShack, que es una hamburguesa doble con queso y tocino ahumado de manzana de Niman Ranch, pimientos cherry picados, salsa Shack.

I usually enjoy this location above the others in the area but, my previous visit they forgot about my sister’s food after bringing the rest of the table’s. This resulted in being given coupons and an extra burger for the table which was quite nice. However today the same incident happened to me while using the coupons I received on my previous visit. I am a very patient person but I waited about 15 minutes before going to the counter and asking the young lady at the counter if my order was ready, in which I was told “It’s on the way just wait.” During the time of me waiting 4 more customers who came in after me received their food. After standing at the counter the cooks finally realized they skipped over my order, which resulted in me waiting 7 additional minutes for a chicken sandwich. I understand everyone is human and of course we make mistakes, but this happening on two separate occasions is very disappointing. I am not expecting extra burgers or handfuls of coupons but more attentiveness to the customers because to me it seemed my concern was brushed off as more customers approached the counter and were assisted before me, and instead of simply asking the first time if the...

Great service! Overpriced and underwhelming food.

I visited this location today and ordered a hotdog with onions and a chocolate shake. My food arrived in a reasonable time, but there were things about the experience that put me off.

This location (I can't speak for other locations) doesn't serve chopped onions, despite what the corporate website states. Apparently they weren't selling well enough to justify the costs. Which I found odd, considering they DO have onions, they just couldn't be bothered to chop and store them. Instead, I got 3 sad individual rings of onion on my hotdog, which, you can readily imagine, slipped off the dog almost immediately. I asked for utensils to cut the onion slices myself, and received them promptly, but the plastic fork I got was bent so badly out of shape as to be nearly useless

The hotdog tasted fine, and was reasonably priced. The chocolate shake, however, was overpriced and only slightly better tasting than a shake I could have gotten at McDonald's for half the cost and twice the size.

The service was great, and the people there were awesome! Unfortunately, it seems like their food isn't as good as...
