This place is the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere.
The one time I ordered something from here,when the driver arrived she handed me an empty box.....an EMPTY box??? How do you leave the store amd not realize that you are holding an empty box?? When I called the manager they told me that they would send another one out. When I asked how long, he told me 45 minutes to an hour! Serioulsy?
The next time I ordered from here it was a credit from the previous order. When they arrived,they forgot my bread sticks. Really? This was supposed to be you guy's redeeming your selves! When I called in I asked for a manager. I was left on hold for 5 minutes,finally someone comes to the phone and I can barely understand him because he won't annunciate when he spoke. They finally sent my bread sticks out.
So, and I understand how this is going to spund unbelievable because I wouldn't believe me either. But here we go, I ordered a pizza and got someone elses pizza,I called,asked for manager,was left on hold again. When the manager finally came to the phone,he acknowledged that they sent someone else's pizza. I let him know how frustrated I have been with this place and all of the mistakes I have had to endure with this store. He just shruggs it off and says,they'll be sending out my pizza. I said well hold on,what is Dominos prepared to do about my inconveniences? He says,I can give you a lava cake,I said no thanks, I do not like the lava cake. He says ok well,what do you want? I laugh and say really? Most places would acknowledge their mistake and credit their meal. His response is great, "I'll credit you some lava cakes." I could not believe him,I said no man,we do not like lava cakes! Here's the best part on this one, he slips up amd says,let ask my manager. I THOUGHT I WAS SPEAKING TO A MANAGER! They come back to the phone.and credit my meal.
Ok....... believe or not,I do not care. This is the true story of this store. I ordered my credit one day,immediately after work,me amd my fiancé had a hectic day and I said, sigh..do you want to give them another chance and get our free meal? She says yeah. I ordered a medium pan. Pepperoni, onions,sausage. When our pizza came (I swear at this point,I was being trolled) it had mushroom, onion and sausage... oh my god... I'm like no way....no way. Obviously, I call because I cannot do mushrooms. Again,I'm left on hold,someone comes to the phone and at least I can understand what he is saying but,he cuts me off and puts me back on hold. When someone finally comes to the phone,he says we've already sent the driver out. I didn't even bother asking for anything,I was so done. Driver arrives.....with a a pepperoni and mushroom pizza! The one very topping you got wrong in the first place. I swear on the blood of Jesus Christ people. This is a true story. I call and get placed on hold. I hang up and drive up there. Yes,I am livid.
When I arrive,I ask the guy at the counter for a manager he and another guy raises their hands and says I'm a manager. Wait,what? 2 of you? But I need to be put on hold 5 plus minutes at a time to speak to one. Anyway, whatever. I drop my pizza.on the counter and say what the hell is this? Is my money not green around here? Do I not work hard enough for my money? This is the 3rd time,this transaction! As I'm explaining my hardship with this place,some guy towards the back says,hey man. I'm the real manager............... . . .... I am beside my self. I'm like wow! Ok,when I call,nobody wants to come to the phone,I come here in person and now everybody is a manager! I swear these people were day and night. Very sympathetic to my issue. Credit this meal and offer another credit on the next. Unbelievable. I ask the manager,shouldn't it be like this all the time,whether I'm on the phone or in person. He agrees of course.
We took a very long break from this place amd gave them another chance since then. Now they forget things like sauces for your chicken or breadsticks. Terrible!!!!! We work hard for our money and should get...
Read more(TLDR: I was left on hold forever because I wanted to place a carry out order a few minutes before they closed the lobby (delivery was still available)) Typically I get good service here; order about twice a month on average but had an unpleasant experience the other night (6/12/21) while trying to order over the phone. Around 9:50 I called in to place a carry out order, was answered buy the automated order placing robot. It took ages to finally take my order and then let me know the store was out of buffalo sauce. I have seen similarly online the same store be listed as out of toppings when it really wasn't so I asked to speak to someone in the store. The person who answered confirmed that they were indeed out of the sauce. I adjusted my order and tried to place with them, they put me on hold to ask the manager for some reason and then about 5 minutes later someone else picked up the phone. This new person was clearly not the manager and was just answering the phone as they saw I was left on hold, told them I wanted to place a carry out order and they told me the lobby was closed. I asked what time the lobby closed and he responded "10pm", I then asked what time it was now and he said "9:57pm". I told him "well that is a conflict" and asked again if I could place my order. He never replied and indefinitely placed me back on hold. I understand that yes I was placing an order right before they were closing the lobby, but the store is still open for delivery had I not been placed on hold, my order would have been ready with minutes of the lobby closing. I worked retail before and know you can't always expect to close exactly on time. The employees were very rude to leave me on hold knowing that if they took my order they would have to complete it since I ordered...
Read moreI can't believe what just happened!! Ordered food picked a hotspot that was on the website .. my fiancee went to the location at the time given.. Delivery did not show. Called the store waited on hold for probably 15 minutes before Jacob answered the phone.. I asked about the delivery and he advised that this particular Hot spot showed up in their system as a scam lAnd the transaction had been cancelled! My next question was well if the pizza was paid for already why would you not call the Customer and confirm the order? His response this location shows as a scam in our system. I then said how is that when it is a hot spot location your website picked? Once again his answer this location shows up as a scam location. I'm still confused on why the customer which is me did not receive a call from the store. Then Jacob says this to me ( and believe me his response floored me as I am a customer service manager and if an employee said this to a customer tehy would most likely be relieved of their CSR position). Ma'am ( kudos for the attempt at the attempt in being polite Jacob, but it did come across as sarcastic, I'm choosing to believe it was an attempt to be polite!) Any way Ma'am I am attempting to close the store after a very long day with all of the games going on today with only 3 of us. So March Madness happens every year at the same time and has for as long as I can remember, so unfortunately that explanation kind of just upset me even more..
