MILKLAB — Restaurant in Durham

Person working there seemed bothered that we were ordering anything. First thing I ordered she said, "we're out of strawberry puree" - what does that mean? "Sorry, we can't make that drink today" would be better! Then we tried to adjust the sweetness on another and were told that's not possible. It just felt like her answer to everything was "no" and that she was bothered by our presence.

No thank you for ordering or anything, but we did manage to order and get our drinks.

The boba were also soggy - not what I expect from my experience at other...

Whoever they use for delivery was awful. Our drinks were spilled and the bags were completely saturated. Part of a drinks were empty. The ice was melted so they obviously took their time with this. It was an hour past the time it should have been delivered. Could not get in contact with the store or delivery driver. I would avoid doing online delivery for this place. Haven't had any issue with any of the other milk labs...

I got the rose milk tea and matcha milk cap tea, and unfortunately this is honestly the most flavorless bubble tea I've ever had 😞 and I've had a lotttt of bubble tea... The rose and matcha flavors were barely there. The employee barely said a single word to us and acted like we were annoying him by ordering anything lol... I get it, but also we were perfectly friendly so there's no...
