The customer service I received from Jacob at the Southpoint mall location in Durham, NC was beyond despicable! I will never eat from this Moe’s location again! I have never been talked to, or treated, by anyone I have paid in my life. I mistakenly put in the wrong location for a Moe’s takeout order online and called his store to try and rectify the issue and he said that him refunding my account was a “favor”. Disgusting. He kept the food and did not refund my money so I see that as pure theft. I live 25miles from that location in a different city, county and area of NC. Read moreI really hate to give this location such a low score. My family and I have been going to this location since it opened. I believe this location to have had the best employees and cooks throughout the years of any Moe's location, and I have eaten at many.
Recently this location has hired new employees and while they are nice enough, they seem to refuse to wear their masks properly with several of the servers wearing them around their chin not covering either their mouth or nose. I understand masks are not the most enjoyable thing to wear, but it is for the protection of themselves as well as us the customers.
My family goes to this location most Sundays following church and we will go there again this next weekend, but if the staff is still wearing their masks in this manner then we will let the manager know and go to...
Read moreOrdered an online pickup 45 minutes before close. They have a built in feature where you can't order 15 minutes before the store closes so I knew it would be okay to order it then. Went to pick it up and had arrived at 8:36 and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door multiple times and saw someone standing at the register ignoring me. Tried calling, no answer. Banged on the door this time given that they had my order sitting on the shelf along witn two others that had already been paid for. Finally manager came and let me in, said "you don't need to bang on the door" Well, I did because that was the only way I was getting anyone's attention.
