Worst customer service experience ever. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first bad experience. Honestly, I didn’t want to come in today. But I slept in and I needed breakfast that wasn’t greasy like McDonald’s. Mara was completing side work and did not even acknowledge me. When she did get to me, she never even said, “I’m sorry for the wait.”

Three weeks ago, I was in and a man was in front of me. Lily helped him right away. When she got to me, she said, “Hold on” and continued with side work. A male associate actually helped me. And then the next person who came up was a man. Lily dropped what she was doing to help him.

When confronting Lily today on the fact that she was rude to me and Mara was rude to me; instead of apologizing, she got defensive. She claimed that I was the one being rude and mean. Even though she raised her voice to me.

I’m my mother’s daughter. I don’t take this treatment lying down. I already wrote an email to corporate and I will be writing a letter directly to the president of the company. Do not go here. At least I got...

The bagels are tasty and it's a good place to get them to bring to work, but we find their sandwich-making skills lacking.

Their toaster just warms the bagels and doesn't even toast them. The bagel needs to go through the toaster 3ish times to finally be toasty which is annoying as I feel like I'm constantly badgering the worker about their job because the toaster is set badly. If you order a sandwich on an everything bagel, prepare to have it get to you with like 1/4-1/5 of the topping.

When we got home, we found out that u had gotten the wrong sandwich made for me. I had asked for the breakfast version of their brisket sandwich and had been given their lunch version instead.

Have not been to this location for many months due to understaffing issues. I went yesterday and waited in line for five minutes then walked out because they only had one person waiting on customers. I made the mistake and went again today, Friday September 8th at 11:15am. Nobody in line and the person asked what I wanted then he repeated it back to me. It was two bagels with egg and bacon, no Cheese. Pretty simple order, or I had thought. I paid and left a nice tip. Food arrived and went to work and on the way started to eat my bagel sandwich.
