Went here during my lunch break to grab a #16 toasted (with cucumber and vinegar/oil). After ordering, the employee at the mic answers after some silence “So, no tomatoes?”…Im not sure if she did not understand English, so I explained that I did not say anything of the sort and explained again. She then answers “No cheese?”. At this point, I don’t know what to think, other than that she isn’t interested in listening or she’s scrolling through her phone. I get my sandwich and it’s cold, not cut, and without tomatoes, cucumber or oil. When I explain to her for the 4th time (this time at the window), she takes the sandwich back and goes to put it in the microwave 🤦🏾♂️. I tell herher “I don’t want it microwaved”, but that I want her to make what I asked. After telling her this, she says “you want to warm it up yourself?”. What?!?!? No, that isn’t what I said. I’m not sure if she is new or maybe has hearing issues, but because I was already there for 10 minutes dealing with it, I just asked for my money back. The whole issue is the fact that she wouldn’t take a second to actually listen to my very simple order and instead of making the sandwich that I paid for, she kept responding with suggestions that had no relation to the situation. So, not only do I miss lunch today, but my refund will take “2-3 business days to show”. Crazy frustrating experience (which is the first time something like this has happened at any JJ). Basic training and some common courtesy will help this employee, but I doubt she is self aware enough to improve. I went to JJ today hungry…I left...

Wanting to see if these new offerings were any better. I did order the regular sized toasted "Spicy Italian" sub. It was thick, oily as heck and was good which surprised the heck out of me. Will give one star upgrade for the better food then before.
This store needs help. Was there only one time which is the last time. While the employees were okay, but the food was barely edible. Been to Jimmy John's in Denver Colorado where the food is much better, service is quick, and prices were fair. This place I have no idea who owns it, but the owner needs to go to culinary school or something. In all honesty I am surprised this place is still open. Jersey Mike's is way better in many regards compared to this place. With that said.
I went there in June of 2024 and got an Italian Sub and drink as I wanted to use the drive thru as I was in a hurry. Mind you there weren't but 3 cars in line, but it took almost 20 mins to get my order. Once I got home I opened the sub and it tasted bland like it had no seasoning on it. Ate like 3 bites and throw the rest to the dogs at least my dogs enjoyed it.
I am sticking to Jersey Mike's from now on as I learned my lesson not...
Read moreEvery time, I've experienced service issues of some sort, mostly just being super slow, but today was my final straw. I placed an online order through the app, all to have to wait TWENTY THREE MINUTES to receive my ONE wrap I ordered. The gal working was obviously stressed because she rudely barked at me, saying she was the only one there up until 5 minutes prior. How is that my problem, and why are you barking at me like how dare I be upset I'm still waiting? Customer service with a smile and a genuine apology would have given me extreme patience and understanding. Instead, I watched a vehicle that was in line behind me, let out the passenger to go inside and place the order for them while the driver drove in circles to pick the passenger back up. You guessed it... they drive away WITH their food while I was still waiting at the window for quote "my order to be processed."
Twenty-three minutes is what Jimmy John's showed me they think is considered "Freaky Fast"
I advise making the trip to the other Jimmy John's in Eagan over off Yankee Doodle, and I think Denmark... I've never once had an issue at...
