This store sucks! Don't ever let your kids work at this store! They have no cares just use them and give them horrible first work experiences. The turn over is insane, half the workers can't speak English, so if your kid working their first job there has any morals or good work ethics they will take it all until they don't need people to cover the shifts they were lacking In. Constant management overturns, and they expect these kids to work through it all and cover everything. I do not recommend taco bell as a whole. This company Is not interested in your kids well being. The minute the kids need some time off or just to get into their school routine again, they become worthless and treat the kids that have given their entire summer like they are worthless. They have no more use for your kid. No problem ending it in a bad way leaving your kid with a horrible work experience. This place should be written off. They're management sucks!! After what they just did to my kid I have absolutely nothing good to say about this taco bell! NOTHING!!! Look at the reviews, the hard work the employees put in to try and make this place a good place. But wait until they need the store to give back to them. That's when they don't need the kids anymore. Huge lack of communication on management's part. There has been multiple management changeover in the 9 months my child has worked there. Have someone talk to their employees that work there. Management there at this time has no idea what any employees have done for this taco bell. Yet they will cut them loose without a second thought...
Read moreMy girlfriend picked up $50 worth of food here for the two of us along with some friends after we seen the movie Avengers: Endgame. This would have been 12:30 AM by the time she placed this order or a XXL Shredded Chicken, Taco 12 Pack, 2 Chilly Cheese Burritos, and 2 Chicken Quesadillas.
When we got home the food was soggy and extremely messy. Everyone of our tacos/burritos was stuffed to the brim with Jalapeños. Barely anything else on anything. Just a ton of Jalapeños. We ended throwing the whole $50 order away. We were all very disgusted because it’s like what else did they do? Spit in our food? Disgruntled employee? Thought it was a joke yet did it to $50 worth of food...
I talked to a manager today and he remade my order and took care of me (Leo) yet there didn’t seem to be a sincere apology or even a care to find out who would do that or remedy the issue as I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back. I ended up giving some of this “fixed” food to the neighbors and their kids since my movie buddies were no longer around. It just feels like such a waste...
I would also fire whomever thought it was funny to cost the company $100 dollars in food (wasted/re-order).
The integrity of this location is pretty bad. Who knows what else they did/put in our food...
Not to mention what if they do this and someone has food allergies?
I won’t be going back to this location but Taco Bell as a whole will always be my fast food go to.
I also did call to complain to BorderFoods and I hope the franchise owner becomes...
Read moreIve been visiting this Taco Bell for roughly 30 years, or at least as long as I can remember and I'm 38. Its always been up and down, but the food quality has been down for several years. I still went there because it was so close. But tonight, I was in a long drive through, finally got my turn and the woman on the line told me to wait. No biggie. But then the screen went blank. Eventually a blinking icon came up saying it was rebooting, but nothing changed. We tried to call into the microphone, but nothing. When all the cars ahead of us were gone, we pulled up to the window. Where we were told we had to drive around and order through the microphone. There was again a large line behind us and we explained to the woman what happened. She said her manager wouldn't allow a food order through the window. We asked to speak to the manger and he slammed the window in our faces. We drove up to the Eagan Town Center Taco Bell. They were so friendly and the food was way better than any we've recieved at the Cliff Road Taco Bell in a very long time. The Burnville location on Nicollet is always...
