No wonder why this McDonald’s only has 3 stars.
I rarely leave reviews, especially for negative experiences, but this situation is unacceptable and demands attention. I intend to address this directly with the general manager at the earliest opportunity.
Upon placing my order, I specifically requested hot fries due to consistently receiving cold fries in the past. Not only was one fry missing from my order, but the single fry I did receive was barely filled and also cold. When I raised this issue and asked for the missing fry and fresh fries, I was met with confusion and inconvenience.
After being directed to the third window, I was handed a bag with only one fry despite ordering two. When I politely pointed out the error, I was met with dismissiveness and had to circle back to the first window. Before I circled back to the first window, nobody even came to me and told me anything. I was waiting 5 minutes!! I also had cars in front of me before reaching the first window so I had to wait longer. The employee at the first window, a middle-aged bigger Mexican woman, insisted that I should have checked my receipt and that I would need to pay for the missing items separately. She also mentioned that I would need to circle around and nobody even told me to do that when I was waiting at the third window, let alone should I have to circle back or pay for the one fry as they didn’t put in the system when I did order it. This process of waiting ( 20 minutes total in the drive thru ) and paying for their mistake left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Not to mention the middle aged Mexican woman gave me attitude.
Upon arriving home, I discovered ketchup on the cheeseburgers despite explicitly stating my ALLERGY to it. This oversight could have had severe consequences like DEATH as I am extremely allergic to ketchup. Additionally, ingredients were missing from my grandmother's sandwich and my son's order was also incomplete. This is not the first time at this location I have been given allergens despite cautioning against it, and this negligence will have repercussions.

I went threw the drive threw ordered 3 mcchickens with cheese 2 no lettuce and 2 doubles cheeseburgers and 2 sundaes wanted carmel but they were out so ordered hot fudge with extra hot fudge. I got to the window paid than got to the window to get my food. I'm handed 1 sundae with no topping on it and another one with a drop of hot fudge. I said they both supposed to have extra hot fudge. The amount that ended up on them was the original amount you should get not the extra the lady charged me for. The drive threw guy couldn't speak English and could barely understand what I was saying. So he handed me my food and only had 3 mcchickens no double cheeseburgers. I told him where's my double cheeseburgers. He asked for receipt and said I didn't pay for it. So the young lady thing orders did not take my order correctly repeated it back to me ND told me to pull up and she would give me the amount she did not to it right. Than I asked the guy if I could pay for then and get my double cheeseburgers. He said no. I said I can't pay for it and get it. He said no go around and order again. Very rude and he's the manager. I manage a restauraunt and this is horrible. Don't have managers who don't understand want a customer is saying. I than pulled off and went to the McDonald's on hey 13 and eagan and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 more sundaes cause they were melted. Than I get home throw the melted sundaes out that I wasted my money on. And than notice the 3 mcchickens I ordered with cheese and paid for didn't have cheese on them. Omg if this is who you got running this place. You will only get ppl to stop cause ur mcdonalds and they probably are in a rush I should of just went to the one that's mins from my house. Never will I go back to this location. And will be also contacting the owner or corporate Bout this location. Nobody should be treated that way on there mistakes. And if ur managers don't understand what guests are saying it's horrible. I know it's tough hiring ppl. You hire what you get but...
Read moreWe keep giving this location a chance cause they are close and they keep failing. In the past we had them hold my food when I’ve tried to pick it up after a mobile order, saying it wasn’t mine. They’ve forgotten items. They’ve been rude and can’t communicate effectively. And so so much more. Today, my husband and I stopped on the way home from bringing my cat in for surgery. We decided it was a nice treat and we needed it. Well I was using my mobile app to redeem a free frappe and then order two additional McGriddles. When they added my code and sausage biscuit and a sauce got added. I told them it shouldn’t be on there and they said it was my mobile order. Which it was not cause I’ve never order that in my life. They took off the biscuit but not the sauce and missed one of the McGriddle. She then closed out the order when it clearly wasn’t right. We asked her to fix it over the speaker and she ignored us. So, we went to the window and asked them to fix it. They said they couldn’t and it was too late. They started yelling at us saying it’s my fault cause I did a “mobile” order. Yelling at costumers is unacceptable! They never did correct the problem. They threw a quarter at us for the sauce, but we never got our second McGriddle. So, do me a favor and don’t go to this location. They need a serious lesson.
