Arby's — Restaurant in Eagle Mountain

Just moved to the area and was so excited to have an Arby’s next to our new house. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through, I ordered a classic beef and cheddar, he ordered a french dip and then another French dip for his dad. Him and his dad said their food was fine but my beef and cheddar was simply just beef and a bun. No sauce, no cheese. It was disgusting. Fry was filled maybe half way, they got my boyfriend’s drink wrong and all of our food was cold. We were the only ones there, 3 hours before they closed, we waited at the drive through window for probably close to 20 minutes to get our food. Why our food was cold and why it took 20 minutes to get 3 food items is beyond me. Oh and they had already closed their shake machine…3 hours before closing?.. Worst customer service ever had a aviators coupon card from the high school it says on the card no limit displayed on card it says. Buy a classic beef and cheddar/ roast beef at reg price get one free i bought 4 beef and cheddars at $4.49 a piece and 2 classic beef at$ 5.39 it came to $26.84. The total saved on purchase was $3.70 on purchase .Not impressed with this restaurant with all the selections of restaurants in the city you would think they would care about the service and there word with what the display for their company. Rarely does one encounter exceptional customer service from a young individual at a fast food establishment. Holden, however, exceeded all expectations and delivered an outstanding experience. His proficiency in articulating every detail and his respectful demeanor compelled me to acknowledge his remarkable performance while waiting at the window.
