Just moved to the area and was so excited to have an Arby’s next to our new house. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through, I ordered a classic beef and cheddar, he ordered a french dip and then another French dip for his dad. Him and his dad said their food was fine but my beef and cheddar was simply just beef and a bun. No sauce, no cheese. It was disgusting. Fry was filled maybe half way, they got my boyfriend’s drink wrong and all of our food was cold. We were the only ones there, 3 hours before they closed, we waited at the drive through window for probably close to 20 minutes to get our food. Why our food was cold and why it took 20 minutes to get 3 food items is beyond me. Oh and they had already closed their shake machine…3 hours before closing?..
