I had the worst experience Iāve ever had a Dutch Bros. I walked up to the window to order with my stroller and waited an abnormally long time. Didnāt think anything of it even when the employee glared at me while taking an order. I figured we all get stressed some times. After what Iām guessing was about 10-15 minutes the employee comes back to the window and ignores me then proceeds to take the second persons order. When the third customer spoke up and said I should have been next the employee ignored her and proceeded to take the second persons order. I thanked the girl for speaking up and told her we had been there a long time. The employee then took my order and basically pretended I didnāt speak English. I had to repeat my order 5 times! By then my kids were not patient anymore and crying for their snack. The employee rolled her eyes and got them their muffin top. After about another 20 plus minutes and watching other people who ordered ahead and after me get their orders. I was about to ask for a refund when said employee gave me my coffee and two waters. I was still kind to her and smiled. She deserved to hear what was on my mind especially after the way she glared at me and rolled her eyes at my kids. Iām being generous with the time. I personally think I was a lot longer. Shouldāve just got in the drive through lane with my stroller. Multiple lanes of traffic had come and gone during that time. I will not be coming back to this place awful customer service when that is the front of your job. Iāve been a barista myself and know that I should never treat my customer how I was treated this early afternoon. The barista greeted us irritated and without any smile. I got a 16 oz latte with extra foam like a cappuccino she immediately got snappy and said she doesnāt know how to but will try and I also asked for Carmel and never got any in it. I received a 12oz which should have been mentioned when I ordered then when I asked the barista what one of there drinks was she didnāt know what it was or made with which is weird to me seeing as you work there you should understand the menu. Again Iāve worked in this industry and have worked with tourist so I understand being in a rush and busy but never was I rude or nasty with my customers especially if I want a tip. She was really ugly with how she treated the situation and should consider maybe choosing a different job if she hates it that badly. Iāve never been to Dutch bros before so obviously I donāt know what the items are on the menu and it would have been nice to receive helpful feedback but I will not spend any money on Dutch bros not worth it Iāll just go to beans and brews. I have come to believe they make several and have them by the window ready to go. Theres been 3 occasions I order it and they hand it to me right away...? its amazing to get fast service but quality goes down. I know and I can tell its has been made ahead of time (very ahead of time) because the ice is melted into the coffee. The ice cubes are no longer ice cubs but small pieces of course they don't add the wipe cream or that would give it away which i've seen its added after. This makes my coffee taste very watered down which is disgusting to drink a coffee that taste like water. I understand theres a huge line in the morning but to fix this just have someone go out and take orders.
