Arby's — Restaurant in Eagle

We had a great experience last night. My kids had earned free shake coupons from school so we headed there on a Friday night and ordered shakes for everyone and curly fries to share. Employees were amazing. Friendly & helpful and explained they were out of the little candy topping they sprinkle on top of the mint shakes-no biggie. Then they came over a couple minutes later and apologetically explained they did not have enough of the mint flavoring for more than 1 shake. No big deal just changed my order to Chocolate. Employee was very apologetic and brings the kiddos a fresh, hot cookie to share and upgrades my shake up to a medium-without me asking for anything. Super accommodating. As far as fast food goes, I like Arby's. I think the sliders are a good value. Wanted to get the buffalo chicken sliders along with some roast beef. They were out of the chicken. So I ordered several roast beef. What I really like is getting roast beef and the Horsey Sauce. When they asked me what kind of sauce, I asked for Horsey Sauce. I let me know they were out of that too. Honestly, if I had known when I made my order, I probably would have gone next door and got a burger instead. I got things are tough and having things in stock is a challenge but maybe you should be a little bit more up front about things are out of that identify you for the food you offer. Will I be back? Yes. But if I go back and they are out of things and I don't get told before I order, I won't be going back...

They got the order wrong to begin with and then when we got the correct food it looked as though they had thrown it around a bit or something with how sloppy it was. Plus, the amount 9f lettuce that is on the picture for their burgers, is not EVEN CLOSE to the few strands of shredded lettuce you get. Also, don't think they will say something like "thank you" when you politely remind them that they forgot to charge you for an item they gave you. They will instead just take your money and look at you with an annoyed expression for them failing to do their jobs in so many ways. The food doesn't taste good enough to deal with employees like...
