Last three times I have visited this store it has fallen under expectations. They are constantly out of products for your sandwiches and never have any cookies available.
Today I went in and got 2 sandwiches, cost was around $16.00. Got home and both the sandwiches were made on hard stale bread. The ends were rock hard and the whole sandwich crunched when squeezed together. Neither of these sandwiches got toasted. I called the store to inform them of the stale bread and the man said I could come back and theybwould remake them. I asked if tha meant my sandwiches wouldnt have stale bread and he paused and said "well.. umm.. we will do our best to accommodate you." I hung up. Cant even guarente a remake would be on fresh bread.
Subway eat fresh? Yeah not at this location.
I dont know if they are understaffed or what but food quality should be top priority for a food place. If i can tell the bread is stale before i unwrap the sandwich then why can't the employee tell the bread is stale when they grab it off the shelf? You sell sandwiches which means if you grab a stale loaf off the shelf, you throw it away and find a fresh one, am i wrong?
Why is giving your customers food that is no longer good a thing at this location? You should want your customers to have a good experience and to come back time and time again. Instead you push out trash for food and anyone who asks will be told to stay clear of this location.

Read moreI went in today and tried the new smoked brisket and had it made the same way the picture shows (with Brisket, smoked cheddar, and BBQ sauce) and the person who made it (possibly a new employee?) slapped two small pieces of flat brisket, one triangle of cheese, and a swirl of BBQ sauce. I looked at it and looked NOTHING like the picture (which I know never does, but this was a SAD Sandwich). I was upset before even buying it but bit my tongue and left. Halfway back to work I could not handle how sad this meal was (especially for almost 8 bucks) so I brought my complaint/concern back to the location and the two more experienced employees working handled my dispute very professionally and re-made the sandwich for me. WOW! Thank you for remaking that because it was sooo good the second time. Probably the best sandwich I have ever had as of today. To whoever dealt with me: Please teach your new employees the same quality and care that you showed me today and I will keep coming back...with less complaints of course. Nothing against the new employee who made the first sandwich, just sharing...
Read moreWe were in line for 15 minutes and still 4th in line because no one in front of us had checked out. An older lady walked in with her subway shirt on went behind the counter said something to the 2 younger employees and was walking out with no help offered to speed things along. My husband asked if she was the manager she said she was he asked if they could speed things up and she yelled across the store for them to hurry it up. Then said so is that your vehicle and we said yes she said well your in the fire line you’re gonna be towed and proceeded to go out side and take photos with her phone. I told her you don’t provide any trailer parking and your lot was full. I am disabled and all the parking was full when we parked and we had our pop up camper heading out of town. She apparently doesn’t have any concern about customer service and doesn’t train her people to have any sense of urgency. So sad. The kids weee polite and apologetic about the wait after they were yelled at. She obviously needs to find a different job where being snotty to people...
