Everyone at this store is so helpful and they're fast the food is always great and I don't remember the person's name that I was dealing with but I believe she was the manager she had like a buzz cut and she was awesome I mean she went out of her way to make sure that my experience was absolutely wonderful she is an asset to this company and I often go to this store just because of her attention to detail and she always remembers my face my name she's just awesome! My only suggestion would be I did have a little trouble figuring out how to redeem my free pizza says that I had earned and so I pulled up to the drive-thru window to ask one of the staff to help me through the process and the young man said he had never used the app didn't know anything about it and he turned and asked for someone else to help and they too had never used the app and we're not able to help me. Unfortunately my manager that is so awesome and I'm sorry I forgot her name I want to say Amanda but that might not be it unfortunately she wasn't there but I'm sure if she had been there she would have been able to take my phone and fly through that app! You need to give her a raise because she deserves it. Read moreTonight, I tried calling Domino's for just a simple cheese pizza for my kids (they're on Spring Break) I wanted to get a delivery order, nobody answered the phones at 9p.m, at this point, I'm rushing because the internet is saying that Domino's is open on Sunday March 16th, 2025 at 9:08pm, and I'm having to go in for another 14 hour work shift (3rd shift)...so I rushed up to the store in person... The lights were all turned out, cars parked in the parking lot, you see employees in there just hanging out with non-employees, I sat at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes and even knocked and continued to ring their store phone, finally a guy answered at 10:30p.m and told me he apologized but only their drive thru was currently open ! I told him that I was at the drive thru window and to come to it, I asked him repeatedly for his name and he and his friends began laughing, he refused to give me his name and put me back on to the Domino's automated voice-mail. If only you guys knew what hell these babies and I've had to go through and all the grieve we have to pull through, each day, you'd at least try to make just one of our hard days, just a little bit easier on us. Read moreSo ordered delivery on Christmas Eve (I know but I worked 10 hours today too and no one forced them to be open). Was quoted a 20-30 minute delivery timeframe. Awesome. Food set out for over an hour before it was delivered. If id been quoted an accurate delivery timeframe id have gone to pickup myself but since my wife is working an overnight shift i wanted to spend time with her. Took two hours to be delivered. When it finally got to me, I had to reheat the chicken wings turning them into inedible bricks. My lava cakes were solid pucks of chocolate they hadn’t even bothered to ice or coat with powdered sugar, and the pizza was so underdone the dough was still tacky. Called to request a remake or refund. They refused either until I brought the garbage they’d sent me back. Ok. Figured it would give me an opportunity to let the manager know exactly how much of a waste of air he was. But no, he hid in the back like a coward and made some poor high school kid process my refund. Tl;dr: place is run by a waste of protoplasm and oxygen and they have such little pride in their lives they can’t even cook a pizza or be bothered to sprinkle some powdered sugar on a dessert.
