Horrible horrible horrible!! Wouldn't have given it one star but I had to inorder to leave a review. Went there to get donuts on st. Patrick day and as ALWAYS they were out of the st. Patrick day donuts with sprinkles, but the lady informed me they had the chocolate frosting with green drizzle, so I took those. Waited in line for literally 15 mins just to get down the road to discover I had just stale plain chocolate icing covered donuts with no green drizzle! Now that being said, a donut with icing is a donut with icing but it's the simple fact I had to bring something to work with green on it for st Patrick's day. I called back 8 times before anyone answered the phone and by that time I was already in Pelzer where I had to be which is 30 mins away from the Dunkin donuts! Finally after I got someone to answer the phone to explain the situation, the lady was extremely extremely extremely rude!!! She asked if I had my receipt and I told her yes I did and then she proceeded to tell me to bring them back and she would replace them, which WOULD HAVE been fine IF someone would have answered the phone before I reached my job and I was already late due to the fact that I had to sit in line for 15 mins!! So I told the lady to take my name down and I would bring my receipt and donuts later on to have them replaced before we had our st Patrick's day party and that I would just waste my lunch break to drive that far to have them replaced for what I ordered and this rude lady says "mam you need to leave work and bring them back now because I am NOT promising you that we will have any of those st Patrick's day donuts left by that time and I am NOT going out of my way to hold or put back any of those donuts for you because I have a lot more customers that I have to TRY and please besides just YOU! Now if you want to bring them back NOW, then I will replace them but if you can't, then there's nothing else I can do for you and I have a job to do!" Well I have a job to do but I am having to put mine aside for the rude employees at Dunkin donuts! I even asked for corporates number and she then hung up on me! Never EVER...
Read moreWorst customer service. Would not recommend going to the Easley franchise-or trying to contact customer service for help and a refund. Ive tried calling the Easley location a total of EIGHT TIMES today as well as sat on hold for a total of 45 minutes today, messaged on Facebook, on the app AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RETURN MESSAGE , CALL, ANYTHING. I ordered curbside pickup this morning at 7:30 am because I have an appointment at 9 and needed quick service. I selected the option to go ahead and make order. It was 12 donuts. Simple. I clicked that I was there at 8, 8:30 and nothing. Not so much as a person coming to say they’re behind. I called the branch FIVE TIMES with no answer. My 11 month old son was in the car so I couldn’t get out and walk to the door and the drive through was busy And with an appointment I Didnt have time to Sit and wait (wait even longer) in the drive through. I have since tried to call the branch 3 more times no answer, sat on hold with the customer service line for 20 minutes. I messaged in on the website for a refund, the person offered me 150 points in which I assumed was on top of the refund BUT WAS NOT. 150 “points” towards a FREE BEVERAGE THAT AT COST PROBABLY COSTS YOU BARELY ANYTHING. I have wasted too much time and effort on this issue over 12 DONUTS THAT ARE READILY AVAILABLE BUT YET TO RECEIVE. I’m 9 months pregnant and didn’t eat anything until after my appointment at 11 because I didn’t have time to get anything else before hand. It’s only $10, but it takes me 30 minutes of hard work to earn that $10. I will not be back...
Read moreIn my entire life I have never been told that I could not purchase the donuts (that were in the store) because that was all that was left. I came into the store today to purchase a dozen donuts. I asked the young girl at the counter how many Boston Creme donuts they had. She referred back to their display and said "that is all we have left." After doing a quick count (which there were 8) I proceeded to state that I would like to purchase a dozen donuts. I would like the rest of the Boston Creme, then I would like..." At that point she interrupts me and says that I can not purchase the Boston Creme donuts because that is all that is left in the store. I then asked her, "Well, how many can I purchase?" and she replied, "I guess maybe 3." I replied, well how about a half dozen of the Boston Creme and her reply was no. At that point, due to her lack of customer service and overall general "snarkyness", I told her to have a good day and left without purchasing anything.
In my opinion, it does not matter if those are the only donuts left in the store, if you have someone willing to purchase said donuts, there should be no problem. Plenty of times I have stopped by and they have been out of a particular type of donuts, and that is fine. I understand they only make a certain amount each day, and that it is typically first come first serve. But to be told to a customer that you can not purchase the donuts that are available is absurd.
Keep in mind this was just after 9am...
