Steddy's — Restaurant in Easley

Went there tonight. Long wait to get our order taken. Long wait for out food to come out. 45 minutes at least. Server Q never RE filled our soft drinks once while we were there! I had to grab another servers attention to get our order! She dutifully grabbed our food and brought out. I been craving their wings all day. But my wings came out COLD! So I spoke to the manager. She said they had a lot of to go orders. I feel the people who takes the time to come out and support the restaurant should be given priority for hot food since we are the ones who tip! And the dry rub garlic was just poured on top of the cool wings and not properly rubbed or tossed around the wings. The manager did take half off the wings. I was not happy with the experience. Their needs to be a point when one should stop taking so many orders on line if it makes the real life patrons...

Drove half an hour to try out what everyone recommends as the best wings in the area. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try them. Service was... confused. I'm giving a 3 star on food since we don't know. Not sure we will be returning anytime soon unless the service issue is resolved. We had two waitresses, the first seemed agitated and the second was very friendly and apologetic that we had to leave. While we got drinks from the first waitress, we waited for over 20 minutes to be served. We were told afterwards that we should come before 5pm (which we did) and that the current wait was 1 hour for wings. We noticed a couple people coming in to pick up food, which we probably should have...

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this visit definitely deserved one. The food was overly greasy and barely edible. Service was painfully slow, and when our server finally arrived, she was rude and dismissive. To top it off, our table was dirty when we were seated—and no one seemed to care. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal or a welcoming atmosphere. Oh and don't bother playing any music through TouchTunes, unless it's country. They have a remote control behind the bar, if someone decides they don't like the song they skip it and you're out money for a song you didn't get...
