This is a horribly managed store and gives Dunkin’ a really bad name! Manuel is horrific in customer service. I ordered a large pumpkin spice coffee and asked for cream (I always order it in the fall at Dunkin’), he was quick to say that he couldn’t do that, I asked why and his reply was that they are independently owned and he’s allowed to refuse to make it any way he wants . When I went to pay, the total was $4 some odd dollars and out of a sudden the total changed to $7 some odd dollar. I asked why, he said because I asked for a cup of ice (I always ask for one at Dunkin’). I said $3 for a cup of ice, he said yes like I said we are independently owned, we charge for everything at this store. I was literally nauseous from the way he treated me. I left without getting anything!! What a poor excuse of a manager!! This location is very close to my home but I’d rather go down the street to Starbucks where people are treated with dignity and respect!!...

Of course I politely said thank you and left. I can definitely empathize if they are tired or stressed, but being rude and giving attitude to customers isn’t good. I was polite because I can empathize with them but some other customers won’t be so polite when they are given attitude, and I don’t say...
Read moreIf I could give a zero, I would. I stopped here with my daughter one Thursday evening. The place was completely empty. My teenage daughter went in to get donuts for her team. I watched the woman at the counter look at her then turn her back and ignore her while she fixed a beverage. I watched for 5 minutes while neither she nor her coworker who was doing nothing, acknowledged her. I finally got out of my car and came in. They both acted like we weren't there. I told her let's go somewhere where people are kind and respectful of others. I was so angry. This child did nothing to deserve their treatment. They just didn't want to serve her. I will never go back there. We went down the block to Duck donuts where they greeted us with a warm hello and a big smile. I only spend money where I am treated with courtesy...
