KFC — Restaurant in East Brunswick Township

I am utterly dismayed and disheartened by the appalling experience I recently endured at one of their establishments. My visit to KFC was nothing short of a nightmare, marred by rude staff, undercooked food, and an excruciatingly long wait that tested my patience beyond limits.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was met with an atmosphere devoid of hospitality and warmth. The staff's indifference and lack of courtesy were immediately apparent, as if customer service was an alien concept to them. Instead of a welcoming smile, I was greeted with disdainful glares and impatient sighs, as if my mere presence was an inconvenience to their day.

As I placed my order, I couldn't help but notice the chaotic disarray behind the counter. Staff members seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves than attending to the orders piling up in front of them. It was abundantly clear that efficiency and professionalism were not priorities in this establishment.

After what felt like an eternity of waiting, my order finally arrived, only to be met with sheer disappointment. The chicken, touted as KFC's flagship offering, was not only poorly seasoned but also shockingly undercooked. Each bite was a gamble, risking both my health and my taste buds. It was evident that quality control was a foreign concept in this kitchen.

To add insult to injury, the sides accompanying the main dish were equally lackluster. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours on end.

But perhaps the most egregious offense of all was the interminable wait I endured for this subpar meal. What should have been a quick stop for a bite to eat turned into a saga of wasted time and unmet expectations. It's unfathomable how a fast-food restaurant could fail so spectacularly in delivering on its basic promise of speedy service.

In conclusion, my recent experience at KFC was nothing short of a disaster. Made me wait outside because they said they are making more chicken. I was told 5 minutes. Okay no problem. 20 minutes later. Everyone that I was waiting with left. I didn't think much because they were busy. The another car comes in. I wait with then. A lady brings out here food. I ask about mine. She told me they are working on it. The other car order a 12 piece. I ordered a 8 pieces. Something ain't right. I what another 5 minutes. Nothing come out. I go inside ask about my food. I was there today and ordered for $23.00 and they refuse to give the kfc sauce he charged 25 cent for each sauce. I have been to many KFC and they always give two KFC sauce with order. I normally go to the KFC ON 516 in OldBridge. The staff is very nice and polite but in East Brunswick the cashier was very rude. We ordered the KFC spicy chicken and they hardly put any sauce. Please do not go this location. I am a resident of East Brunswick and going forward I will drive to the OldBridge location where the service is excellent and no extra charge for sauces.
