I am updating my previous review (down below) to include the experience I had yesterday. My experience started out really bad yesterday but then Carol, the Manager, made it right. Carol was super sweet today and we came to an understanding that the problem wasnāt that my drink was made wrong, but the attitude of the girl serving me was the issue. Carol made it very clear that she cares about her team and customers. I loved the way Carol was so enthusiastic about making her Baristas better and how she truly understands the meaning of excellent customer service. I can tell that Carol really values her customers and is striving to make this Starbucks location better. I left Starbucks yesterday with a very ābad tasteā in my mouth and was pretty much done with this location but after speaking with Carol today I feel much better. I will give this location another chance and continue to get my daily caffeine fix here when convenient. I love the convenience of this Starbucks location and really hope that this location turns itself around. Thank you Carol!
(Previous review) Well, this is the second time Iāve been treated rudely at this Starbucks. For some reason, when I mobile order and pickup my drink inside the store, the girls there are freaking rude as hell. This morning I went, I walked up to the counter and said good morning. She didnāt respond. I said good morning again a little louder, still no response and sheās looking right at me. I yelled good morning just to make sure she could hear me and still she just kept looking directly over my shoulder and didnāt say a word...just COMPLETELY ignoring me. Plus my drink was sitting on the counter in front of her. She was only using one hand and could have used the other to hand me my drink but she just refused. I asked for the manager. Manager walked over and handed me my drink. And no, they were not busy I was the only person near the front of the counter. The last time I went, same freaking story except it was a white girl with an attitude. I asked her if that was my drink on the counter and without even looking she said NOPE. I asked her again to please check and she said no it wasnāt mine and that I have to wait. I could clearly see my name on the cup. I asked a manager to please hand me my drink. SAME freaking story both times. WTH?!?! I go to Starbucks EVERY FREAKING DAY sometimes twice a day and the staff at my usual location knows my name when I walk in the door they always have my drink ready. Service: not bad, really depends who is there. But they clearly focus more on the drive thru vs in location which can be a bit annoying when youre there.
Straws: jfc please just have a few out. I'm constantly asking the overworked baristas for a straw. Sometimes it takes over 5 minutes to get their attention just for a straw. By then my drink is warm š. It's so.. So.. Annoying. Hense I docked a star off my review. (when my straws are back ill add it on haha). *edit the straws are finally out where I can grab it. I told you I'd bring the star back š
Bathroom: there is a code, they change it periodically. It's... Clean? Depending. 50-50. There is always a strange smell which I call it the Starbucks bathroom smell. No idea what it is.
Seating: lots, but uncomfortable chairs. I miss the squishy chairs from years ago. But it's probably a lot easier to clean and keep hygienic so I'll take the trade off. Empolyees doesn't seem to clean the seating area as often as expected. Sometimes the tables are messy from previous patrons. Have to awkwardly ask to clean a table if it's really bad or I just do it myself :').
Also there always seems to be small bugs flying around coming from the drive thru window I think. Been always an issue. Any ideas to stop that? Because I'm 100% sure I've seen it inside... The... Yeah... Pretty sure the food is wrapped away from the glass...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIve come to this store quite a lot over the holidays and each time I'm left so disappointed. The store is always messy with trash overflowing, tables left a mess and floor dirty. The bathrooms are always gross too. Usually theres only three people I can see working, and those kids are always far too busy to clean anything. They look exhausted and over worked and are rushing around to try and make all these drinks and keep people happy but there's just never enough people for the amount of work. I can in today and it was terrible! There was an employee crying and cops there, and I overheard the employees saying nobody could get a hold of the manager and it seems there was some sort of emergency happening, but those poor kids just had to keep on making drinks and apologizing to everyone! Ive seen the manager a few times and obviously shes useless. Theres always so many people here, but never any employees! These kids are very sweet and respectful to me, and I feel so bad for them when theres nasty customers, but if you want fast coffee and you go to a store with a long line dont complain! How can you have such a busy and major store with a manager that just sits around and just kids working! Most of them look like high schoolers! I would NEVER EVER allow my kids to work here, even as adults until something gets fixed with the management! I dont even usually leave reviews but crying employees just doesnt sit...
