Typically if an order is messed up or incorrect I will try to get it fixed or just try to enjoy what I've received since I've worked in the service industry before as a teenager and I know how busy and stressful the service industry can be. I very rarely go online and write a bad review and have not wrote a review in three years but this experience was so awful that it deserved a review. I had went to this Starbuck's location for the first time on October 18th and had ordered a couple of drinks. When I first pulled around to the drive-thru, I informed them that I had two separate orders. While ordering both orders, the lady working the drive-thru kept cutting me off while I was talking without letting me finish my order and repeatedly said "it that all" while I was still ordering. When I pulled up to the drive-thru to pay, she had zero hospitality and terrible customer service. Overall, she just came off as rude and seemed to me like she did not know how to correctly interact with customers in a polite manner. When I received one of my drinks, I had ordered a pumpkin cream iced chai. I had ordered a venti and around four to five inches of the drink was all foam; taking up almost half the cup. It also tasted like a refresher and had a berry taste to it which could also be smelled from the drink. I returned the drink after my break was over around an hour later and did not want to come through the drive-thru again due to the ladies rude customer service from earlier so I decided to come inside. However, to my surprise, the same lady was now working the register inside the store. I explained to her that my drink tasted like refresher (as if the cup it was made in was not rinsed properly) and asked if I could order another one. She again lacked proper customer service, cut me off while I was still talking to her and stated "I'll just make it again" without letting me finish speaking. She then proceeded to make a second bad drink that again was around half a cup of foam and had the same berry taste again. When she was done making it, she just put it down in front of me and said "here you go" in a rude tone and walked off. She never once apologized for the incorrect order and made me feel like I was a bother to her. I go to a different Starbuck's location frequently and always order the same drink and I have never had a drink this bad nor have I ever had to deal with such rude customer service. Read moreI had a very negative experience in this Starbucks yesterday evening, 12/17/23. I went in with my daughter and tried ordering a decaf coffee. By the way, I am fine with getting a pour over, because usually they don’t keep Decaf brewed. I get them in the Ingles Starbucks all the time. The older Gentlemen seemed reluctant to ring it up and turned around and asked another employee, possibly a manager, if they could do a pour over. She said “you can do it if you want” very flippantly and with a great deal of attitude. I then proceeded to say “never mind I would let my daughter order her drink and I would not get a drink.” I found the attitude I was getting offensive. The female employee, then offered me a decaf Americano. I declined politely and said “no, thank you I don’t really like Americanos.” This seemed to aggravate her more. She then proceeded to get a bag of decaf coffee beans out from under the cabinet, slam them down on the counter, directing her eye contact at the older gentleman cashier, and said loudly “here you can brew it then!” I verbally declined and let my daughter order her drink. The older gentleman did try to make it right multiple times and kept offering to do the pour over or brew the coffee. Received the pink drink but not the other, so I waited and after about 2 minutes asked how long the other drink would be. Was told by barista I did not have 2 drinks and if I wanted another I have to go back to the register and pay. I pulled up my bank account and showed the lady at the register I was charged for the 2 drinks I ordered. She proceeded to say I don’t have to pay and the drink was on the way. The barista brought out another pink drink (not the one I needed). I asked her again where my other drink was as I never got the iced English breakfast tea. She made a drink and handed it to me but it was made incorrectly as it was hot when I asked for iced. At this point I had been here for 20 minutes and was late for work so I just left with one pink drink and one hot English breakfast tea.
