Rakusakura — Restaurant in East Greenwich

The only reason that this establishment is getting one star is for the fact that the person who is responsible for the building and the permitting parking that is specific to the restaurant, has the ability to call a tow on people without verifying they are customers. He decided to wait all of 5-10 minutes to call a tow for the vehicle I came in. I parked in their designated lot, went to a shop a few doors down because of how early it was, came in and ate. By time i left, the car was gone. I was able to (after great effort) get in touch with this man who has access to the cameras and he was so unapologetically rude and refused to be accommodating to the situation he caused. He omitted the fact it was him when directly spoken to, and omitted to his access of cameras when I was asking sincerely for assistance to make sure the car wasn't stolen. Only when I called the local police department to get answers while waiting for the tow company to call back and confirm did he come to talk and check I wasn't lying. upon finding out that I in-fact was a customer, he was no help, made excuses and handed me the same info i used for the tow and said it wasn't his problem. I also asked the restaurant at first for the info to contact and both numbers that belonged to this man were disconnected so they don't even have access to communicate which is in incredibly poor taste for running a business agreement. 150 later plus what i paid for the food and hours of aggravation and stress, I was able to get my car but this is a situation that should be known and warned to patrons at this place. This place is somewhat of a toss up. I am on the fence as to if it is good or not. I went in a few times. Of the few times I came in, I usually order the dragon roll (3 of them), and they are usually 1/2 off. Yeaa. They are pretty tasty and with it being 1/2 off price is very fair.

The thing I am on the fence about is, I went in, the last time I went in, my buddy order Chicken dish. He is very allergic to shrimp. What was served was the shrimp version of that Chicken dish. Wish I could give more stars. DoorDashed 2 chicken hibachi dinners with mushroom soup and a side of rice and noodles (for my little one). The portions were awesome and the flavor was even better. The chicken was sitting in a yummy sauce so I used the yum yum sauce for the rice. The chicken was extremely tender. I have been to many hibachi restaurants and I found my favorite.
