DO NOT GO HERE FOR UNDEREYE FILLER!!! This review is long overdue. Hands down my most regretful decision coming to Revive to see Elizabeth in July 2024 for my under eyes. Start to finish a truly horrible experience. I booked for undereye filler but was on the fence about doing filler or PRF/PRP. When I arrived Elizabeth was still with another client so I was brought into a room to wait until she finished. The receptionist takes out numbing cream and proceeds to tell me that she needs to put it on in preparation of the service. I told her I haven’t even discussed a plan with Elizabeth yet and don’t even know if i’m a good candidate for undereye filler or not but I let her put the cream on anyways. I was sitting in that empty room for 40 mins before Elizabeth came in and was stressed to the max. I thought about just walking out and in hindsight really wish I did. She comes in and accesses my undereyes and says she believes undereye filler is best and then doing PRP/PRF . It was the complete opposite of what she promotes on her social media but I regretfully trusted her. She’s hands down one of the smoothest talkers i’ve ever met but it’s all a huge act to make her and her spa seem more upscale and advanced. don’t let that fool you. After she finishes and goes over aftercare she proceeds to tell me that if I have questions or concerns over the next week they’ll be unreachable because the spa was shutting down for a 4th of July team getaway… I was really upset I was being told that at the end of the service. l would’ve never gone through with such a major treatment to my face had I known that which is probably why they didn’t say anything. The second I got into my car I could instantly see my undereyes looked way worse than before. I messaged the office and was told it was normal swelling and that it will go down. The raised areas where the filler was injected never went away because here I am almost a year later about to have it dissolved by a cosmetic surgeon. I’ve gone to multiple consultations over the past 9 months and every injector and doctor i’ve shown my before and after photos to has said they wouldn’t have done undereye filler on me. I’ve spent the last 9 months hating the way my undereyes look more than ever and finally gained the courage to do something about it. If you’re considering undereye filler don’t make the mistake I did by going to Elizabeth at Revive. Go see an actual cosmetic doctor and make sure you stick to your gut if you don’t feel completely content at your service. I would give zero stars if I could !!!

In the past months I have had a few treatments at Revive. Most recently, I have had injections with Elizabeth and had a wonderful experience. Last year, I had been going to another med spa (I will not name to protect their privacy but what I will say is they are a busy, well known med spa). The office staff was friendly and the place was decorated nicely. The provider that did my treatments was nice but did lack people skills. She worked and spoke very quickly, didn't tell me about the product, told me where she was going to inject but didn't check any landmarks before injecting, no numbing cream (and for the record the Sculptra hurt like heck!), she would talk over me when I would try to ask a question, and never stopped to ask how I was tolerating injections. She also told me I would see results within 6 months and it's been 9 months with no visible results whatsoever. My experience at Revive has been totally different. Elizabeth took her time with me. She actually sits right in front of you as she is talking. She is very knowledgeable not only about the treatments but about the products. I was extremely impressed with her at my first skin consultation and couldn't wait to go back. On the day of my injection appt, Elizabeth again sat with me and reviewed everything again and asked me numerous times if I had questions. My face was numbed prior to treatment by Amber (the cutest and very sweet guest service specialist!). Elizabeth was constantly analyzing my face, checking landmarks, voicing when she was approaching me, telling me exactly what I was going to feel (and it literally felt like exactly how she described it. EXACTLY!). Her touch was very gentle and she did not rush. She also would ask me how I was doing during the whole procedure. It's been one month and I am already seeing great results. With so many med spas opening, it's hard to choose one and figure out who you can trust. Once I went to Revive, I knew this was the med spa for me. Elizabeth is truly one of a kind. I trust her wholeheartedly with my skin. There is no doubt she puts her heart and soul into her work and definitely has a passion for it. Oh and when we were discussing her background and how her business came about, she called her business her "heart". How awesome is that?! Thank you...

If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. All of the women at Revive are amazing! I went to Revive to prepare for my upcoming wedding and over the course met with Sarah, Elizabeth, and Madison. I had never done anything beyond facials prior to going to Revive so I was initially a little apprehensive. Revive offers free consultations with no purchase required after the fact, which I really appreciated. Every person that I worked with really had me lead the conversation and talk about what I wanted to work on first, and then gave their recommendation on how to address it. As new customer, especially in this industry, I feel like it is so easy to get told that you need all of these things done but Revive really took the pressure off and only recommended things that could help improve the things that I mentioned wanting to work on. Dr. Elizabeth and Nurse Sarah were both so informative and really walked me through every step and helped me to feel comfortable, and Madison gave the best facials and went above and beyond to help my skin look it's best! A few times I even had to rush to Revive after a stressful or chaotic day and the entire team did everything they could to have me leaving there in a better mindset, including letting me use a phone charger, offering headphones with calming music, and just a calming and positive conversation. You can really tell that each and every person there cares about their customers and helping them feel their best. I cannot recommend Revive enough and will definitely be continuing treatments there...
