Subway — Restaurant in East Haven

Been several times to this location, honestly because of my kids. For the first time I had some coupons that I have received in a mail. I had some free cookies, chips, drink. Apparently, you can only use one coupon with a purchase. So I decided to only use a coupon “buy two foot long for $”. Again, you can not choose from their variety, but only pre-selected sandwiches. Their management tells them how to process. Of course my children don’t like what they offer, so I gave up on the coupons. Not a good experience… This place needs personnel that welcomes you, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel it this time and most probably not going...

I am so sick and tired of this subway not honoring any of the coupons and making up all kinds of new rules. Every time I go there there’s another excuse why they don’t take which coupon or they don’t accept it for their basic sandwiches. I stopped going to this one. I will never set foot in this subway again ever because they’re rude and they don’t accept the coupons so I’d rather go to the other one in East Haven Connecticut then the one on Main Street do not go to the one on...

The employee was nice that’s the 3 stars, I purchased a hot chicken sub and it was warm at best. I had stomach issues after from the sub, all hot food has to be 141 degrees or more, anything below that bacteria begins to grow. They only had 1 employee for online and walk in customers and that’s ridiculous! How can one person do all the orders and keep the place clean at the same time. I will not be going back there and it’s right around the corner...
