I come here all the time, like once a week, and I always get the same thing: a caramel frappucino. I always get it the same way, and I always ask to sub mocha drizzle for caramel drizzle. The word SUB is key. I’m not asking for extra drizzle, I’m just asking for mocha drizzle instead of caramel. But when you get it this way, Starbucks has rigged their system to charge you 60 cents extra for the substitution. So basically they’re charging you twice for the same amount of drizzle. So I’ve asked to have them push “special request” instead, so I don’t get charged twice for the same amount of drizzle. The lady on speaker taking order is like always correcting what I say. I come here to buy and spend my money not to be schooled on how to say every single word of the menu. I developed a habit of attending this drive thru around the corner from my home on a daily basis. Multiple times in the last 2 weeks the drinks were terrible, or completely incorrect. Today, I contacted the manager after the second horrible drink and instead of making it right, she warned me that the barista was working tomorrow. I am totally done with this location.
