I have NEVER had a positive experience at this place. I walked in at 4:32, and the lady behind the counter snapped “we’re closed! We closed at 430!” In an unnecessarily rude tone... this is the same woman who gave me problems for not having a signed credit card, despite having my ID, and who tried insisting that my PO Box has to be my legal address. As someone who has had a PO Box for the last 14 years, I know that’s far from the case. I wish I knew her name but the lady at the counter with grey hair and glasses and usually has colorful make up on is SOOOOOO amazing . I’ve been in there a couple of times in the last 2 months and everytime I’ve had some kind of minor issue and she has literally been beyond helpful and so kind everytime ! I’ve never had issues sending prepaid packages before coming here. I just moved to the area and never had issues sending my packages before. The lady behind the counter insisted I needed to buy a bag there to send it in and refused to send my package even though it’s already paid for. There was no option other than spending money on their bag. Why??? This is the worst...
