An incredibly fast growing chain pizza shop and I can see why. Think of it as Subway for Pizza if Subway didn’t charge extra for meats! You pay a flat $7.50 for an 11 inch pizza that you can make any way you want with as many or as little topping as you would like. If 11 inch is too big you can go with a 6 inch for about $5. The pizza taste great. The brick oven is something that is ā€œrareā€ in Lancaster. The toppings are high quality and I love their selection of cheeses. The place is huge and full of fun graphics to look at while you eat. The staff is very welcoming and nice. Since it’s new it’s also super clean.

I used to love going to MOD pizza for something quick & cheap to eat when I was craving pizza. I've been eating healthier now and it's harder to eat out, less healthy places to choose from. However I just learned that MOD can make healthy versions of pizza with cauliflower crust. I ordered mine crispy & it came out delicious! Their pizzas are made exactly how I want, they have good portion sizes and are very affordable.

Excellent brick oven pizza! I'd highly recommend reading the toppings menu and know what you're ordering prior to going to the counter. You pick your size and sauce once you get to the counter, then the base cheese, meats, veggies, other cheeses and toppings. A few minutes later your pizza is done. You don't pay anything extra for prices, it's a fixed price depending on the size.

I'm giving 5 stars because the food and concept is that good! However, there are a few things they could improve on. We have gone there probably 10 or more times now, pick up and dine-in...and they have forgotten to put the finishers on the pizzas 4 times. 3 of the times one of us placed the order and my parents or my brother picked up the food and brought them home only to discover then that the pizzas weren't exactly as we ordered them. The 4th time I checked them and asked the employee to put the finishers we asked for on the pizzas before we took them home. So I'd say, if you order for pickup, check the pizzas before you leave. And sometimes they've been very busy so the estimated pick up time was earlier than the pizzas were actually ready... it can take some extra time for your food to be ready.

With that said...the food is amazing! ...as long as you choose options you love!

You basically choose a base option at one price... if you choose a regular pizza for example, they start with regular or gluten free dough then they put on a base sauce and base cheese... then you can add all the meats, veggies, extra cheeses, or sauces you want on top of that! Again...all for the base price... no additional charges!

For example: My personal favorite pizza I've built so far has the following on it...

Base = red sauce and mozzarella cheese Toppings = pepperoni, bacon, mild and spicy italian sausage, artichokes, roasted garlic, mama lil's peppers (sweet and spicy), mushrooms, red onion, tomatoes, gorgonzola...then i ask for extra mozzarella For the "Finishers" I add balsamic fig glaze and dollops of red sauce.

Basically, the more toppings you like, the better value you get... their cheese pizzas the kids get usually do not have enough sauce or cheese and usually look skimpy in comparison to the pizzas with a decent amount of toppings. If i remember, I try to ask for extra sauce and cheese for the kids' pizzas.

They have salads with all the toppings you want also... and thse more toppings you like on your salad thte better value as well.

Overall I'd recommend it... try...

We can't support this Mod Pizza location after the service we received on June 4th. The staff needs better training and an improved work ethic. Every time I visit no one is pleasant. They don't address the customer, they drag their feet to the counter and can't seem to get quantities of ingredients correct. I asked for bacon and got way too much. I asked for salt and the guy picks up a whole fist full and throws it all over my pizza and reaches back for more. Him and his female coworker started talking about me as soon as I walk away. Is that how you want your staff treating your customers? Another thing, I know MOD does this whole woke thing but I doubt your customers appreciate the political statements on your staff's shirts. Not only can your staff not perform their job but they're politically charged at work. This shirt was a step too far "Social Injustice has no place at our table - Equality Acceptance and Opportunity". Great to know I have an unpleasant Social Justice warrior messing up my $14 pizza. This is far from the first time we've had issues. Can no longer support with my hard...

I don't know what has been going on with Mod but I'm overall very disappointed. We go to the Fruitville Pike Location a bunch and we have stopped going due to how bad the service is and the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. The only thing this restaurant has is cleanliness of the dining room. Service is just terrible. Beyond terrible actually. No decent respect to customers and they are all miserable it seems like. The energy is just gone in really all of Mods in this area. Pizza is eh. Mod size has gotten much smaller and they have been very skimpy on toppings. If you aren't going to be friendly at a literal customer service job then that's a big problem for me. I'm keeping my one star because of the service and the lack of kindness to guests. Guests will not want to come back if you make them feel not welcomed. The places around here need to find out what the main issue is and figure out how to fix it because you will keep losing business if you keep up this same process every...
