Jimmy John's — Restaurant in East Lansing

terrible customer service. my mother-in-law placed an order for family holiday party, should have been 4 different types of sandwich, 2 of which without cheese (we have to accommodate a dairy allergy). The order we received has only 2 types of sandwich and all of them have cheese.

we called twice to try and remedy the situation via partial refund and the manager refused any accommodations since we had already started to eat some of them (hello, it's 1230 lunchtime at a party...). he said he would've swapped out the order and remade (of course we would have had to wait on preparation -- with a bunch of hungry kids at lunchtime, and then go drive 30 minutes and back to pick them up ourselves) but refused even a partial refund because he couldn't "see" that the order is wrong. Essentially saying he didn't believe us and that there's nothing he could do. this is nonsense,and anyone who's ever worked at a restaurant that does catering or delivery knows that this is nonsense. we got the wrong order and the manager refuses to do anything to make it right.

well here you go. 2/3 of the sandwiches remain, clearly all have cheese. there are zero roast beef sandwiches which should've been part of the order. all sandwiches are either ham or ham + turkey. all...

3450Okemos Rd. I am very impressed with the sandwich I received yesterday. I want to thank the maker of my unwich. It was excellent. Very well wrapped and made exactly the way I ordered it. The gal who took my order thru the drive thru Alyssia was very friendly and patient and helpful in taking my order as Ì was confused as to how to use my rewards and how to order the sandwich Best for me. My last visit at this location was also very satisfying, best one in lansing area. The only thing is a suggestion, I love your pickles and usually order one quartered. Would like to see Jimmy Johns to wrap them in something that does not leak as every thing gets very wet. The napkins are unusable,sack is soaked and wrap on...

The employees are either incompetent or are too busy doing anything else but working. I have came to this location 3 times and 4/5 sandwiches me and my girlfriend have ordered have been completely wrong missing 2 things at least from each order. Most recently got a #7 and dont like onions or mayo. Got the #7 paid 35$ drove home 30 minutes and opened it up, no peppers on the sandwich, said oh well not a big deal, bit into it and instantly knew there was mayo on the sandwich as well. Cost me a 1 hour wait for food and another 10 dollars to eat somewhere else as well as the 35 dollars to order a...
