I've waited to update this review in the post Covid period. I've tried to voice my service and food quality issues through their company website but received either lip service or no response from management. Further, there's been little or no changes made. The last time I was there the coke machines were empty and Dr. Pepper or Ginger ale were the only options. I used the online ordering and got my order 15+ minutes after the expected time. My fries were cold and undercooked, sitting in cups under the heat lamp for at least ten minutes. Even the burgers were cold. When I addressed the same server he argued with me about the timing but I was there so long I started keeping track. I tried to talk to the manager but he was so flustered that he couldn't address the issue. In his defense he'd been dealing with an angry employee but even that was publicly and poorly handled. This has been par for the course during my past few visits. Fries are one of the place's strengths and they've been consistently mediocre lately. That and seven dollar hot dogs. This place isn't cheap and I expect better!! Don't get me started on cleanliness. As Five Guys go I'd avoid this location and look elsewhere.
Addendum: I will try this location in a few weeks. I'm not contacting you to give my unbiased opinion. Do better and my review will change. Get your franchisees to meaningfully respond to concerns on your app and website in a timely fashion and my review...
ย ย ย Read moreThis locations is a mess. I have been to this location twice in the last month and both times I have waited for 45 minutes or more for my food. This most recent time really tricked me off. I order normally but thatโs when things got messy. I notice that there were people that had been waiting for their food for a while. They often had to ask to get their food. I waited 30 minutes for my food when my number was called, but the worker giving my food to another person. The person who took my food even came back to ask a question and show his receipt to the worker and he still did not notice that the person had the wrong receipt and gave my food away. I waited another 30 minutes before I went to to counter to ask where my food was. The worker said the they lost it and would start it again. After another 10 minutes my food was finally ready. In that ten minutes I noticed that the food was piling up on the counter but they were not giving it to the people. People were having to go up and ask where their food was. These were not new employees because I had seen them two weeks early when I can in and got the same results. I would recommend that they be fired. I have never experienced a worse restaurant experience before. I would recommend that if you want a burger, you should go to McDonaldโs because they have better service then...
ย ย ย Read moreSitting here eating now! I am in LOVE! We got two bacon cheeseburgers and two little fries with 2 regular drinks. We paid $26, which you would think is pretty pricey for a burger meal. But... Take my word for it the full size burgers are HUGE! Half of it will fill you, easily. The little fry comes in a small cup, but we may have just been lucky or it might be their "thing" - but the cook ended up giving us the fries and dumping half a bag full of fries. When I looked around everybody else had the grease fry filled bag too, but don't take my word for it - it might have just been the cook! My experience here was great though. The fries were salted just enough, the burger was juicy and I was definitely full after half my burger and the cup of fries. Highly recommend!
