JP's Pizzeria & Grill — Restaurant in East Liverpool

WARNING WARNING BEWARE! Bait and Switch. On their website, it says the price of some items. Go there, and its totally different. Then they claim there are prices for takeout and eat in prices. Nowhere as of the date I'm reading do they state different prices for eat in, and take out. I don't know about you, but I don't like being manipulated. Pizza was run of the mill round pizza, nothing special, neither exceptionally good or bad. But a premium price. I would rather go to a pizza only place for pizza. Prices are way to high. You can eat at a top rated nationally restaurant and get spaghetti for $3.50 a plate in Pittsburgh. Here is this cow town, this joint wants $12!!!! And then they try to mislead you by charging you more if you eat inside their GOD FORBIDDEN FROZEN RESTAURANT! It's cold as heck in there! YES BE SURE TO WEAR A BIG JACKET! They charge you more for the food if you eat it there, but... it sure does not feel like it's indoors! Also... if you are a selective person, I doubt you will like the type of people visiting this place. I give it a big BLAHHHHHHHH And the servers are about the same as the food, Blahhhhh. Much better service and food in the PGH Market. And people wonder why most are traveling to...

The past few times I have been here to dine in, I have had great food and service. However, I attempted my first takeout order and I can say I will never do that again. I figured grabbing food to go while I was out shopping would save me time. However, after driving 20 minutes back home, I realized that they had forgotten our calzones. The other food appeared to be in the bags that I was given. I called and stated that I was 20 minutes away and asked if they could just refund The money for the calzones so I didn’t have to drive another 20 minutes. However, I was told that I have to return in person to get a refund. So I returned and they had the calzones for me, but still insisted that if I took the calzones that they would not refund me. Whatever. I took the calzones home and they were subpar. And then learned on my way home (the second time) that the Cajun pasta that we had ordered ended up being Alfredo instead… I was so frustrated with the overall experience and the staff’s lack of compassion towards the situation that I do not plan on returning. 2nd time this has happened.. I got a Buffalo chicken salad an order of cheese sticks boneless and Mac and cheese.. they forgot to give me my salad..no marinara for the cheese sticks and forgot all the salad dressings.. I live 15-20 minutes away. I ordered 4 things.. one of them being a main dish.. and then to get back there to get my salad I was asked if I was the guy who " forgot " his salad... no ma'am.. I was the guy who was never given his $20 salad ( extra chicken and fries) like I left it there and forgot to take it.. last time they forgot my boneless and gave me them as the wrong sauces when I went back.. no we apologize.. no price reduction for the Hassel or drive back.. nothing.. I've ran kitchens..so i know mistakes happen.. but this is twice in the last couple weeks.. just to me so who knows how many others have the same issue.. any recommendations for a decent place to get food where I can get my whole order the first time I go to pick it up.. a bit of advice.. pretty young faces don't always make the best wait staff..this younger generation needs to have a little pride in their work.. makes the...
