If you want your order messed up, your time wasted, and to be gaslit about it afterward—La Visa Pura has you covered. I ordered the breakfast burrito, got an “oh, that’s a good one” from the girl at the counter, and thought we were all set. Fast-forward to when my food finally comes out—no breakfast burrito in sight. I politely point it out, only to be told, “I read the order to you.” No. She didn’t. Not once. I know what I heard, because it was the very first thing I ordered.

Instead of fixing the mistake with a shred of grace, she doubled down like this was some courtroom drama and she was about to win an Oscar for Best Gaslighter. The combination of dismissive attitude and zero accountability turned what could have been a simple fix into an unnecessarily sour experience.

If customer service is part of the menu here, it’s burnt, under-seasoned, and served cold. I’ll be taking my breakfast burrito...

My favorite spot in all of LA for matcha. I highly recommend the teddy bear matcha! It’s the perfect sweet treat. The breakfast burrito and breakfast muffin sandwich are also to die for 💟

Though they can get pretty busy in the mornings, the wait time is never unreasonable. And everyone is always so sweet and welcoming. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking right out front or to the side...

I was excited to stop by and try this spot since I’m a big coffee lover. I ordered the Graham Cookie coffee — it was good, just a bit on the sweeter side for my taste.
