Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

Had to drive through here for dinner tonight just before 7pm. There was barely anyone in line so the line was FAST. Ordered a bowl of soup, nuggies, med fry, med sweet tea. Food came right up and I handed the 1 food bag to my 11 year old as I paid. We were just pulling into the next lot to park and eat...Daughter is telling me the bag is hot, mom please take it, and I take it from her. I reach in and everything is packed SO TIGHT I cannot pull anything out so I rip the bag down the side and soup spills out all over my right pant leg and seat. The soup was put in the bag SIDEWAYS, made the bag very hot because soup was dripping out into the bottom of the bag. I lost about 25% of the soup, whatever, we decide to eat. Daughters chicken was WAY overdone and dry, she eats a little and needs a drink. The tea was NOT sweet. At this point I decide to pull back around near the staff at the serving door and the lady motions that someone is coming. Young guy comes outside, I tell him we did not get a sweet tea and that's what we paid for, he runs in and grabs a replacement. I tell him about the sideways soup and show him the spill, to which he responds WHOOAAAA ok I'll let them know not to do that and runs back inside. Daughter tries the new tea, it's also not sweet at all, so the lady at the door gets him again. He tells me "there's no way it's not sweet, I just mixed it myself!" I told him maybe he should go try it. He runs back inside. Horrible experience for $15 tonight. We'll never ever return to this location. Something is always amiss here but tonight got my last nerve and I'm sharing it here. On our travel afterwards we were talking about how the low volume of cars in line should have been our first warning...The other chick fil a restaurants are always packed...

I've been going to this cfa since they first opened and I've never had an experience like this. On 9/3/22 ( order # 5396014 I ordered a few breakfast items through the mobile app. I went to the 2460 dekalb pike Norristown PA location to pick up my items, I go home and realize that 1 of my chicken biscuits meal didn't have any chicken on it, just the biscuits & my hash browns were extremely over cooked, solid as a rock. Things happen, Understandable it seemed a bit busy. I called the restaurant and the manager Alisha answered the phone in an already irritable manner, I explained to her the situation and her response was " so are you going to come back to get another one " & "we just changed the oil so they probably just over cooked your hash brown" 0 apology, NOTHING it was if I had inconvenienced her! I was shocked, I know Mr.Alan and Ms.Patty well enough to know this is NOT the type of establishment they're running. i then drove back to the restaurant to pick up My food and a man before me stated that they did the SAME thing to his food ( forgot the chicken on the chicken biscuits ) this is unacceptable and the lack of care, rudeness and disregard from this manager ALSIHA needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. I went home and told my mom about this and she told me the week prior she experienced the same rudeness from ALISHA! This cfa is NOT like it used to be which is very shameful. Well, my experience at this particular location that I've been patronizing for at least almost I don't know 78 years, is not the best but they are not the worst either the only thing well not the only thing but one of the things that I don't like is that in the evening around the busiest time dinner time they have a lot of teenagers working and it just turns into a big socializing type of place a lot of the leadership is super young and when you're trying to be cool and also be someone's boss it doesn't work well.... I noticed that the owner must instruct employees to cut back on certain items if you are not getting something for free off of the my chick fil A account... They just cut corners on a lot of things like instead of giving you an a whole sausage patty for breakfast they will give you half and cut it in pieces like you not going to notice. They do the same with the bacon 🥓.. and they will give you cold freeze or cold nuggets that have been sitting under the warmer or so-called warmer until they're not too warm anymore and you have to literally beg to get hot food.... Then they will blame you and say that you took too long to get there... Overall atmospheres okay I mean it's convenient and if you complain you can't get your food the way you want it just a hassle sometimes but I will probably continue to go to this location but I only give it a 2 and a half to three out of...
