Mister P Pizza — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

We've been frequent customers over the last 6 years. Over the past 6 months the quality of online and phone ordering has drastically decreased. We've been left hanging on the phone, and the website has not worked. I've had to repeat my information many times.

This weekend we ordered, and were told 45 minutes. After 1 hour 15 minutes, I called and was told the food was on its way and should be here in 5 minutes. I called again in 20 minutes and was told they could not find my order. I was told the owner would contact me but he hasn't. I called back the next day to talk with the owner because the charge was still on my credit card, and was told he was at another restaurant. I called that restaurant and was told he wasn't there either. I left a message there and haven't heard.

I was contacted by the delivery man who told me he was also a manager. He was able to find the order and cancel it.

I'm really sad that I have to end my relationship with them. Their food was good and the delivery man was great. My only interaction with the owner was really good and he was welcoming. However I feel I've been lied to. I doubt the owner ever heard any of this.

This place has been a go to pizza place for about a year and we are great tippers. Our last delivery order of an extra large pizza was cold the bread was tough and a little burned like maybe they were trying to keep it warm before delivery which took over an hour when I live 9 minutes away. I called to inform them of the poor quality and Monica says "OK what do you want a new pizza, a credit?" Very dry with no apology...I said a credit is fine, then I clarified whether this meant my next order of an extra large pizza would be no charge and I was told "I'm crediting the $2 delivery fee" never mind the lack of empathy or apology. I will not be ordering from here again. As I get older I am more conscious about spending my money with businesses who don't appear to care about the service...

I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel compelled to this time because it was so horrible. Although the staff was friendly especially the young lady who took my take out order.. I purchased 3 platters , 1. Flounder & 2 jumbo fried shrimp.. Lets start with the price was $15 each which I didn't mind but the quality of the food was so bad!!!! They each came with about 10 french fries, the breading on the flounder was completely off the fish and just thrown on top of the smallest piece of fish I ever seen!! The 2 fried shrimp platters was tough , we couldn't chew it and tasted freezer burnt! No tarter or cocktail sauce but pizza sauce was on on the side!!!!!!!!My 1st and last time ever!! What a waste of $45.00....P.S If there was an option for minus- stars I would've...
