Waited an hour to get my mobile order. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. All the employees were rude and had no idea what they were doing. Even as the line grew they had no sense of urgency. There were three employees standing around the entire time, when they would come to the front their excuse was that they could only see three orders at a time so if your order wasn't on the screen they were unable to help you(which shows how incompetent they are, since later they were able to put in my order number and immediately get the receipt). I was completely ignored while they took priority on Grubhub and DoorDash orders. They tried locking the doors to keep people outside so they couldn't complain and ask about their orders. It shows very clearly that they rushed reopening this location and no one there has any idea what they are doing. I finally went in the drive thru to get my order because at least there I had to get it or else my car wasn't moving anywhere. When I made it to the second window to pick up my food, they had no idea what my order was, which showed that they had not even started on it. Common sense would have been to confirm my order at the drive thru box or the first window when they would typically accept payment. But no , that would make too much sense. I get that Taco Bell is a minimum wage job but literally 3 blind monkeys could run a better operation. The owner/manager should be disappointed, I was one of the many people who waited over an hour for some tacos. They only reason I stayed was because I could not cancel my order and...
Read moreI gave order online due to previous experience of Taco Bell employees messing up my orders but despite giving it online when I went in drive thru they asked me to come in front of store. Here I already waited 10 mins in line and another 5-10 min in front of store and even after waiting the person came outside was not wearing mask properly and gave me my order with missing items. I told him right there that item is missing he said must be in my 5 $ craving box. The boxes were not sealed like usual plus they didn’t give me it in bag. My kids were crying in the back of car so I said okay fine but after my kid calm down I double check all the box and found my ordered food was not there . When I went again to drive thru and said what happened the lady was “ pull forward” no sorry no concern just worried about line. Overall poor customer service, rude behavior and most of time mess up orders. I can say as I’m regular customer. I wish there was another Taco Bell in the area as I and my family...
Read moreThis is by far the dirtiest, worst customer service Taco Bell I have ever seen. I happen to live 5 min away and it’s the talk of our neighborhood. We drive 20 min instead to that Taco Bell location. You can tell the owner doesn’t care about the establishment and it shows 100%. The manager absolutely does not care about his obligations and duties because his crew of employees don’t care if a customer is standing around for 10 min waiting to get service. I do sales for a living happen to really love Taco Bell but if corporate doesn’t care about this location then of course why should any us customers. I would blame much of it on the regional managers who manage this location for not doing their job. I’m a manager and I would never allow this service and poor apparaence for our...
