Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Attraction in East Norriton Township

Paid for my 2 kids and 5 of their friends for a small birthday celebration and would never go back. Party room rental price are outrageous for what you get so we just pre-ordered passes and food a few days beforehand.

The workers are inconsistent with their rules. Some people are allowed to bring in water bottles, some are told “no outside food or drink” at the door. We saw MANY people walking around with reusable water bottles, but we were denied. No big deal… but then one kid from our group was told he was too tall for an area (no signage or measure pole) and denied access. A few minutes later a group of about 6 kids, all much taller and older than ours were allowed to go in and basically run over smaller kids with nobody interrupting them. One of the parents in our group accompanied their child and sat in one of the many open and unused massage chairs for a moment to tie their shoe and was immediately chased off by an employee. Again - shortly after we saw people hanging out in the chairs not paying to use them and were unbothered while the same employee stood by.

When we got our food, there were no open tables to sit and staff told us we had to “sit somewhere” with our food, but made no attempt to help condense tables while most of them were occupied by singular adults on their phones. So we broke our party up to sit with strangers. The pizzas were undercooked and gave 2 of the kids a a stomach ache. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and soap and the lock on the family bathroom did not work properly.

For the price I paid for 7 kids (technically 8 because one of our party members paid for themselves not realizing we had ordered in advance and we were denied a refund) it was a miserable experience. We packed up to go shortly before our time was up to avoid the chaos at the shoe cubbys and even though staff were quick to tell us to exit the area, others were allowed to stay there and chat with their kids climbing on the shelves, while our kids struggled to find a place to sit to put on...

Let me start by saying I have previously had very good experiences here. But today was not one of them, unfortunately.

My youngest had gotten one of those scratch off coupons from a birthday party he attended at that Urban Air location a few weeks ago. The coupon was for a free upgrade of a Deluxe Pass to an Ultimate pass. Today, my kids wanted to go there, so I logged onto their website and checked the hours and saw that they recommend purchasing your passes online--which I did. I purchased three Deluxe passes online for my three kids. I didn't see any code on the coupon, so I figured I could just take it to the desk and have the pass upgraded for only my son.

Upon getting there, I showed the woman at the front my son's coupon, and she said she could help. She then tried to charge me $5 to upgrade my son's pass from a Deluxe pass to the Ultimate pass. ($5 is the price difference between the two passes anyway.) When I asked why it wasn't free, like the coupon said, she said it was because I purchased the passes online. This didn't make any sense to me. Why bother with these coupons at all if you can't use them if you do as they recommend on their website and purchase your passes online? Literally the only difference between them is the design of the wristband. In addition, nothing on the coupon indicated that you couldn't use it if you purchased your passes online. It made no sense.

Look, I know it's not a big deal in the long run, but it really seems like a poor policy to not honor the coupons your store gives out. It really left a bad taste...

My daughter party was absolutely horrible. Didn’t start on time decorations was not set up properly. Food took forever drinks took forever. I had to remind them that the water bottles came with the party package . My daughter party was just a celebration. They put happy birthday on everything. She is Muslim which was totally disrespectful. I came early and ask for help to fix every they told me they can’t change it they can only assist. However we basically ended up getting rid of the table runners. The material of the table was ran down. They was mess up and looked dirty. We had to use our supplies to clean up and straighten up the room. I spoke to the staff they said everything was hectic that they sorry they will help shortly. But over an hour in my guest started to buy they own food eat their own food. None of the members knew what was going on . It was just horrible. We were celebrating my daughters life because she been through so much. My daughter was actually born sleeping. I thought throwing something for her was a great idea but it ended up being a bad experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back to this place ever again. My baby perfect day y’all ruined it . Sorry wasn’t enough. I paid for things they didn’t even know what I ordered. It was just horrible . They told me to come early to decorate and they already did whatever to the room none of what I asked or wanted for her. -thanks no...
