Starbucks — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

I have had a very unprofessional and dangerous experience at the east Noriton pa location #786 tranNumb 668845

I had ordered a vegan falafel pocket (I am vegetarian on certain holidays and am allergic to cheese, but not all dairy)

I was given a chicken jalapeño wrap instead. I didn’t know until I bit into it (large bite) and noticed. I started to feel ill on the drive back. I asked for the manager (Shannon) to file an incident report, but she said stores do not keep them on hand. So she provided me with this email address; that I hope responds to emails.

The outcome could’ve been far worse due to my allergy and the chicken was a disrespect to my not eating meat on certain days. I thought Starbucks valued people's cultural differences and food intolerances, yet I felt dismissed and uncared for. Like I didn’t matter. I did get a refund, but I still feel this should be addressed. Some other customer may not be so lucky. I expect a prompt, and professional reply within 24 hours.

UPDATE: The email address provided to me was non-working. I’ve notified my legal council too.

Second update!! The number keeps routing me to the Philippines. This is not a solution and I see how “seriously” this is being taken.

The weekend crew is usually great but the weekday crew is terrible. They can’t make any drink on the menu. The woman who runs the drive through is totally unfit to work the job. She is impossibly slow. You tell her what you want and she will repeat it back to you wrong, and forget about ordering multiple items. If you order three things, expect to get one of them right. If you tell her about the simple mistake she will not correct it easily and will tell you that “this is what you asked for”. She would be better suited in a different position. And they need someone who can actually make their drinks. The blue bell location is much better when you don’t have someone smothering your drink with...

I’ll give 10🌟’s The barista does an awesome job with the drinks. My favorite drink is Caramel macchiato with oat milk and for some reason it taste different at other locations ( example Starbucks at Giant on chemical rd, the one in conshohocken, and the one that is across from Whole Foods next to Dunkin’ Donuts) But not this location! This location makes my favorite drink on point! Love to come here! Also the staff are polite and pleasant when they take your order. And you don’t have to wait for a long time when doing drive-thru. Highly recommend this location!
