TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES!! TRIED TO GIVE THEM 3 CHANCES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET IT RIGHT BUT NOT ONCE HAVE THEY DONE IT! THEY HANDLE FOOD IN AN UNSANITARY MANNER AND THE WORK AREA HAS RODENTS AND ROACHES!WE HAD NO IDEA INITIALLY! THE STAFF AND OWNER HAVE CLAIMED TO REFUND ME AFTER LAST DELIVERY TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND THEY HAVE NOT LIVED BY THEIR WORD. THEY R LIARS!I DOUBT THESE ""GOOD REVIEWS"ARE ACTUAL REAL CUSTOMERS! I ENDED UP PAYING A CAB TO TRAVEL TOONTCLAIR TO GO GET US "GOOD,QUALITY,CLEAN FOOD".I SPENT OVER $100 TO RIGHT THERE WRONG AFTER ALREADY HAVING PAID THEM FOR AGARBAGE,INCORRECT ORDER! THE STAFF AND OWNER HAVE GONE AS FAR AS KEEP ME ON HOLD AND THEN HANG UP,CLAIM THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY AND DISGUISE THEIR VOICE TO AVOID PICKING UP ALL THEIR TERRIBLE FOOD AND RETURNING THE MONEY PROMISED TO BE REFUNDED FOR 6 ORDERS THAT WERE INCORRECT,NASTY, AND SLOPPILY MADE! Disgusting!!! I just waisted $23Not fresh. I used to go here before Covid and the fish was well seasoned and golden and you actually got a whole piece of fish. Now you get half of a piece of fish. SMH! Today I ordered the whiting and shrimp and it is all horrible. The fish and shrimp had no flavor or coating of seasoning at all. The fish was beige, far from fresh and crisp. I try to patronize my community but seriously, do better. The chicken actually looked like it might taste like something I can get chicken anywhere but the fish and shrimp, garbage. I so wanted some fresh hot fish, but this place it's a Noooooo for me. Never again. Do better! Everything accept the bean pie went in the garbage. The nerve to think you can serve...

My family and I go there all the time despite he has small wings most of the time. I tried calling in my order multiple times he wouldn't answer not cool. I get there the guy looks like he's mad at the world. I place my order away and wait outside in the hot sun. When I go to pay with a card he ask for cash and didn't want to take my card. I've paid with card there twice before with no problems and they guys knows me. He made some excuse about the machine not have paper or something.
