Subway — Restaurant in East Peoria

I don't know what's going on with this location but I have had 3 very problematic cases in the last 1-2 months since December 15th 2020. 1st app order I placed. Shortly after I received a call from this location saying they are out of bread. Mind you it's 6:10pm. The girl explains a new hire messed up making bread and it all turned hard. Understandable, we are humans, mistakes happen. But in order to get a refund I still have to drive to that subway and get my refund in cash. That is very frustrating. I don't understand why the order can't be canceled and I get the refund back to card. 2 weeks later I place another order online at this location. Get a call back shortly after saying they have ran out a bread again, they were extremely busy all day. So again I'm forced to make a trip to the store to get my money back and no food. I don't know why but I decided to get subway again today 02/03/2021 got to store to pick order up. 1 single girl by herself with a store full of customers! I bring my order home. Instead of lettuce she used spinach.... Also chicken was room temperature with cheese not melted leaving me to believe she didn't warm the chicken at all. Also my other sandwiches were not toasted. I have been to this location 3 within the last 6 months and each time was a great experience!! Very clean... ya some tables needed to be wiped off but every time i went they were so busy they had lines to the door so i just let that pass. Not every table was dirty and none were gross either. Everyone working there was rather pleasant towards all my options and purchases. I took my boys with me and the staff had patience waiting on them ( a big plus for a mom). They remember my face even after those few times and always are very welcoming when I stop in!! I wont go to the location in walmart after the guy with dreadlocks working there yelled at my 6 year old. He had no business doing so. My son was not doing anything other than asking me if he could have a cookie and I said no.. my son said pleas?? and then the guy literally yelled him very firm and told him that he needed to go to work with him in order to get a cookie. ya that dont fly with me. the sub was cold ( was the pulled pork) and it was very dark and dirty in there so I will def be sticking with this location!!...

I normally go to the Subway in Walmart(East Peoria). Until I realized there was one closer to my job. Which is the Main Street location. I get 2 ham sliders with NO cheese, lettuce tomato and yellow banana peppers. When I ordered my sliders today the woman told me I couldn’t have any toppings on my sliders. I was in shock and a bit disappointed that I couldn’t have my food the way I normally get it. The woman was very nice about it, however I thought even considering not having cheese. It wouldn’t be a problem to have toppings. Although she was nice, I felt that was rude. Considering there were no signs saying I couldn’t have veggies on my sliders. I will definitely not come to this location again. I’m sure you won’t lose out on business. Yet I’ll be sure to inform my fellow employees.
