I have visited this location a total of eight times since it has opened, I have been very satisfied with the service and quality of food every time I've chosen to dine here. The food is always prepared with precision and is always presentable. Today my visit was different than my previous visits, today I ordered the spicy Asiago Club meal and had my fries upgraded to the baconator fries. While I was enjoying my meal which was made to order and very well put together an employee named Shareese (I hope I spelled that correctly) did something I've never before seen done at a fast food establishment and demonstrated the up most level of customer service I could ever hope to expect from an establishment of this nature. There was an elderly couple sitting in the dining room, they had already ordered and finished their meal before I even sat down with my food, they were just sitting and talking to each other peacefully enjoying each other's company with a tray full of garbage sitting between them on the table. Shareese was cleaning the dining room, she wiped down the table next to the couple and then approached them and asked very politely if she could collect their gray for them. The couple said "yes please, thank you." She then proceeded to collect the tray and she dumped it in the trash, the elderly woman at the table seemed genuinely grateful that the tray was picked up for them. I have never seen an employee demonstrate this level of hospitality at any fast food establishment before, I was genuinely surprised. Based on my experience at this establishment it is nothing short of extraordinary. it is always kept clean, the food is always delicious and never carelessly slapped together, my orders have always been accurate, and the customer service has always been truly outstanding. This location is my image of a perfect Wendys. They seem to have such an extraordinary and motivated team that cares about their image and customer satisfaction. Cash only. At the speaker. The manager was YELLING. When was trying to speak to her about it. She interrupted me. Yelling at me (at the window) they have no control over it. I just said ok. Do not interrupt a customer or yell at them.
Upon receiving the food. Fries are cold and the Lemonade did not taste well.
I understand that the credit card machine was down. But you have no right to be rude to a customer who was just trying to help.
Ordered the $5.00 Biigie bag. With only MAYO, LETTUCE AND TOMATO WITH NO CHEESE. Wanted a minute maid lemonade. As well as a keychain frosty. I was informed at the speaker they were out of lemonade. Ok. Just keep the cup because the only thing else I would drink would be sprite. Guess what the sprite here as always been horrible. So no worries at this point. At the window I asked for some ketchup. The young male left the window to get me some. The manager came to the window asking what I didnt get. I said ketchup, my keychain frosty and he can keep my cup. The manager said they were all out. Why was I not told at the speaker about the key chain frosty????? I left heading home. I decided that i better check my sandwich. Had to drive back because there is cheese on my sandwich. I have been waiting in line since I started typing this. At 11:58pm. The young male told me to come to the second window. Now at the window 12 minutes later. Told the young lady what happened. She was nice. I got my sandwich. I Was in Drive Thru line tonight on July 21st at 9:20 at the East Peoria IL Location! Waited 19min at the speaker to be acknowledged and then waited another 11 min to have my order started!!! Manger and 3 employees all was RUDE and didnt like me saying it ((was not)) ok to ((leave))someone sitting at the ((speaker)) with ((no response)) so the ((MANAGER)) said if i don't like it to leave there drive thru!!! When i pulled around the manager waved out the window saying bye in a rude way! While continuing her conversation with the car outside the drive thru that was just parked there to hangout outside the drive thru with the manager!!!
This isnt the first time in the last 4 years this has happened at this location! They always make every customer wait 20 min or more to just acknowledge them at the speaker, so now i will video/Picture clip every day for a week straight the wait time at this location and make a (New Google review) with the video/ pictures of this locations wait time until ((Corporate )) yanks this locations rights to business!!!
